I purchased a hannspree Tablet via walmart.com’s website less than a year ago. Product under warranty Hannspree will not give me the information needed to return the product to them. Call them several times did the the troubleshoot with tech suppose to receive email with return instructions. Everytime I call they are closed even within their recorded business hours. DO NOT do business with this company. I will never buy another Hannspree product again. .
