I was working in a continuous loop for the past few months and I needed a much deserving break so I called up my friends and we gathered and planned a holiday together. Little did we know that this trip would be the worst trip of our life all thanks to Hard rock hotel-casino. This was possibly the most noticeably awful hotel experience ever. When we checked in, the assistant informed us that our booking had been cancelled 3 days back and they were sold out even though we had prepaid one night. The agent addressed a director who was of no help. The assistant gave off an impression of being new and incompetent and had no clue how to deal with the circumstance. Following 30 minutes of no progress, we talked to another manager who was very rude and ill-mannered and after arguing for another 30 minutes he finally managed to get us a room and charged us double their price for that. When we attempted to return in the room after dinner, our keys didn\’t work. We had to make another trip to the front work area to discover that we were locked up in the lobby. There were 2 rooms leased to 2 individuals with a similar name. At the point when the other person checked out days prior, they dropped the two reservations even though they were separate reservations. Today around evening time, the other person called for the fact that they charged his card and because of that they kept us out of the room. I requested 4 security folks to persuade them that we were the individuals who paid for the room. And we were charged twice for our room. The in-room data guide says \”We offer music. We provide drinks and food but we had to call room service for all those things. There was music, yet trashy sound quality for a Hard Rock involvement. The \”drinks\” are of poor quality. It was the most sweltering day of the year up until now, and there was not even a table with pitchers of ice water. There are vending machines, however, don\’t expect that you\’ll have the option to utilize your room key to buy anything. What\’s more, they were short-staffed, and towels were difficult to find even by calling room service. In case you\’re searching for lodging in a hellhole with a decent pool involvement, avoid Hard Rock. Pets are not permitted anyplace on Hard Rock Hotel and Casino Atlantic City property. Service animals, which are exclusively trained to do work or perform assignments for individuals with inabilities, are also not allowed. Stay away from THE HARD ROCK HOTEL IN ATLANTIC CITY. There are such a large number of other club/inns that are less pricey and offer way better services. You are better off sleeping at a bench than renting a room here. For us, we\’ll *never* return, and we will testify for their inadequacies to any person who inquires about them.
