Went to them because we thought a local company would provide better service than the big box guys. Paul Embler was the sales guy, he would say anything to get the business. He said their installers were their employees when they were not, the one that came said he had been trying to fix issues on a ton of jobs. Only one guy came to install the floor 90% of the time, one other helped pull the carpet up. He said his boss at his company was at the beach. He damaged multiple door jams and took twice the amount of time. One week later we noticed multiple spots where the floor was uneven and the hardwood was coming up, we called them and they sent an inspector. He said it was installed wrong and the installer would fix it. After to many to count times that we waited on them to show, they never did. They always had an excuse and about something. I talked to the maker of the floor and they had had numerous complaint about their firm. To date the floor is getting worse and we are having to sue them to get it fixed. Stay away from these guys and stick with the bix boxes. These guys give local business owners a bad name. .
