1)Steer Clear—–this is the absolute worst company I have ever been involved with , their 48 hr turn around is a scam to get you to pay the online fees ,then the lack of professionalism and follow up is a disaster. After almost one full month and numerous emails about how they have lost my personal information , lied about it being in underwriting,transfer to phone recordings,hung up on,waited 1 hr and 15 minutes several times to speak with someone in their office,transferred again to a recorded message we gave up !! stay far way from this company hated the experience and would not want anybody to go through the same…….the realtor even warned me i should have listened.. 2)I would’ve gave them zero stars but I couldn’t. This company is so unorganized. They lie to you about what your rent will be. Their staff is so unprofessional. The home “looked” immaculate however 2 months after we moved in the house started to fall apart. They never wanted to fix anything and barely came to spray every 2 months like it stated in the contract. When the lease was up we left immediately. They then mailed us another contract like we were supposed to sign another contract. Then had the nerve to try to take it through the court system. HAHA joke was on them. THESE PEOPLE ARE RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL AND EVERYTHING UNDER THE MOON BUT RIGHT. NEVER I REPEAT NEVER RENT FROM THESE CON ARTIST. YOU WILL REGRET IT. 3) My mom is a real estate agent, and has found this is a very frustrating company to deal with. The listing will stay on the MLS even if it has an application or 2 or 3 or 16 pending. When someone is paying an application fee that is $50.00 per person, that equates to ALOT of money. Although not illegal, it is unethical. They refuse to change the status from Active to pending until the tenant ACTUALLY moves in. Again, a lot of tears,wasted time, frustration for the tenant BUT A LOT OF MONEY for Havenbrook. I urge everyone strongly to STAY AWAY FROM HAVENBROOK HOMES. .
