On 12/4/2020 Nurse Hayden D Mccann of Buena Park, California and Santa Ana, California was contracted to provide care for my child and elderly father. For several weeks Hayden Mccann seemed to be doing alright in his position but soon we started to notice strange odors in the bedrooms where he was conducting most of his care. My father and child also reported some uncomfortable behaviors that Hayden Mccann was displaying while caring for them. Upon further investigation we found several dry brownish-grey stains in the closets, on the walls, and in the corners of the rooms. It was decided to install some cameras around the house to see what exactly what was going on. We were shocked to say the least, Hayden Mccann was committing unspeakable inappropriate acts on himself repeatedly all around our home. Hayden Mccann was carrying out these acts in front of both my child and my elderly father. Hayden Mccann has since been discharged from his position and we have contacted the authorities in relation to what he has been doing. We are in total shock this was going on, Hayden Mccann was trusted and we received a positive referral from his former employer. Upon calling this referral again after these incidents, the number of Hayden’s former employer is disconnected. So we believe this positive referral may have been fake. Relevant to this complaint was the presence of one Valeria Moran in the final two weeks of Hayden Mccann being in our employ. Hayden Mccann was Assisted by Valeria Moran in the same time frame that our elderly father reported some jewelry missing. Hayden Mccann told us that Valeria Moran was licensed to assist him but we are now finding this was another fraudulent claim from Hayden Mccann. Valeria Moran and Hayden Mccann seem to be working as a team in the Orange County Area, such as Santa Ana and Buena Park. Please be aware if you are looking for private RN care in Southern California, be on the look out for Hayden Mccann, save yourself a lot of time and pain in dealing with this predatory person.
