I had waited for a long time of about 5 months for getting my windows and doors installed. And then after 5 months, I have received the installation date in the month of July. It was informed that the work is required to be completed within two days. While, on the first day that is Friday only, there was no show of the staff that is the installer. It was being informed to us that the installer has got hurt and thus, we were asked to reschedule our service. We got a call on the very next day that the installer will appear on Monday. Sunday, an install person called us and assured us of their visit on the next day. So, I and my wife were a bit happy that we will get our work done by the next day. Then comes Monday. The installer appears very late and they told us that they reached the wrong address. Then they arrive with the start of the ripping of trim. Then again, he turns out that he is not carrying enough material and he leaves our house and promises to come on Tuesday. Tuesday also the installer reaches very late and without a crew member. This day, the work is performed by him alone. Though the window is fully done the door remains half-installed. I then called up the project manager and then rescheduled the date on the next Saturday as I had some important work on Wednesday. The whole team appeared on Saturday but again late and they leave on with some pending work. Sunday, they did not turn over and then come Monday. I called the project manager, but I have received no callback. Till today my work is half done. We will check how this continues and will update.
