A BOGUS delivery date was displayed at time I placed the order…NICE BAIT & SWITCH!! Unless it’s coming from China, I have never encountered Fed Ex taking 3 weeks to deliver something! Now, I realize delays happen, but legit companies will let you know – not these people! They just LIED and IGNORED! I needed these cushions by a specific date for a party – Had I known it would take this long – never would have pressed “PLACE ORDER”. I had to go out and buy others for our party!! And NO COMMUNCATION AT ALL!! NEVER EVEN an email confirmation!! Nothing!! You have to “Sign Up” on theor website in order to get any info on your order, even though they have a place to put in your order number…I don’t know about you, but i don’t write down order numbers and keep them – because again, legit companies, send email confirmations with that info!!! So, you are bascially forced to set up an account so YOU can go search for your order info!!! And don’t try and call them – NO ONE ANSWERS the phone – on perpetual hold for 21:24 minutes until I hung up after reading all these horrid reviews – which I wish I had read prior to placing this order…WHAT A SCAM – how is this place still in business???? Have told everyone I now to STAY AWAY…and like I said, who knows if I’ll even get what I bought…which doesn’t really matter b/c I’l have to return b/c I had to buy different ones forour party! That should be fun!!
