Hayward Air installed new Trane System in my home 3 years ago. It took 5 trips to get the system to work at all. Now that it is out of warranty and I have brought other companies to service the unit I am being told it was installed correctly. Major observation from other HVAC companies is that the system does not have enough intake or “”RETURN”” air to work correctly and the after market piece that hold the filters is broken and allows UNFILTERED air into the system. Two companies have said that the cooling coils inside the house all READY needs a cleaning although I have been very carefull to replace my filters every month. John was cheap but unfortunaetly I got what I paid for and nothing more.
