(7 days eye washers) Sir, I applied for a personal loan in hdfc bank in chennai branch and submitted all the documents required to them through an executive in hdfc bank. when I gave all the documents I was said that within 7days my loan ll be approved and the money ll be credited and I am happy enough. as I believed them firmly I waited for a week and then called the executive, he said me that today verification will be over but I was said the same answer for three consecutive days. and when I inquired a senior manager about the status I was damn shocked since he said me that only when the credit section says ok the loan ll be approved. I thought my loan was confirmed and made some arrangements but still I dint get it approved and as its too late I couldn’t move to another bank so I am arranging the money through my friends. so friends pls be aware of those fraud eye washers and do arrangements only after getting credited the money they may turn aside at anytime. only god can save all our section of loan seekers

1. I took their health plus credit card which was the biggest mistake of my life. 2. They kept the credit card limit to only 43000 Rs. even if i did a of transactions from it. 3. Those who dont know its a paid card for which i paid 1100 RS per year as credit card fee. 4. These ###s asked me to change the due payment of 10000 RS into installments and like a fool i agreed. 5. I missed two installments when the remaining amount was 4000 Rs and they charged me with a load closing amount of 3600 Rs. Loan closing? when did i took a loan from you ###s? 6. I objected over that and denied the payment so they started another game. Their collection department keep on coming to me every time saying that if you 1500 RS we will close your account for settlement and this way they took 4000 Rs from me. So every time they keep on lying to me and i was like a fool believed them. 7. They got away with main amount of 4000 Rs and i got no settlement letter or confirmation. 8. they keep on putting the penalties on me for late payment and made it 11389 Rs now. 9. The amount 11389 Rs has nothing but all fine and penalties. 10. By the way the card is closed from last one year and they included the card fee of 1100 Rs in the statement wow… you crazy ###… 11. Unfortunately i had my salary account with HDFC bank and guess what they did… they stolen that money from saving account to settle my credit card payment with out asking me. 12. I was a hdfc credit card holder and I am using this card from 2015 in the year of 2017 I decided to go with settlement as I was feed-up from unnecessary charges. my sattlement was done amount 40k in 5 months installments. 2. till feb”18 every month I paid a minimum amount of the settlement, on my last settlement month 31st mar”18 as conveyed by the hdfc agent I paid rs. 26708/-. (as the agent said that this is the last amount and I have to pay before 31st mar”18). 3. on 18th jun”18, after 3 months suddenly I got mail from hdfc rpmc codecomplianceofficer “being fully sensitized to the circumstance, we consider the aforesaid settlement as valid upon payment of rs.3, 367.00 on or before 30.06.2018”. (because the mistake happened from hdfc agent, they extend my settlement from march to june”18, that is again they are remembered after 3 months). 4. same I got a call from a hdfc agent to pay rs. 1500/- on 29th june”2018 from mr. rahul (mob :[protected]). 5. so I paid the same amount on 29th june”2018. but please help me out with one thing if I paid rs. 1500/- then rs.1867/- is not a big deal to pay just for the noc from hdfc bank. 6. now I got a call from hdfc back that due to less payment they cancelled my settlement amount and they dont know the above number that person who called me for the payment. 7. from last three months m asking the payment details from nov”17 to june”18 but they are failing to share that details. 8. unnecessary they are delaying the case and increasing my amount day by day. now they are showing 40k outstanding again, Common why you guys are making fool to common public through playing this type of strategy.

A bill for the month to be paid on 31.3.2010 is deposited in Motibagh, Delhi ATM on 29.3.2010 The next statement came on 31.5.10 withrs 1985 rupees due that includes rs 350 as penalty.I paid that bill excluding penalty as I paid previous bill in time.another bill came on 1.7.10 of Rs.521/-Another bill on 31.7.10 of Rs.928/-During these I was away from India and not used the card at all.So kindly revert the penalties (late fees) so that I can safely reuse the cridit card.

A mere half hour browsing the net would reveal how crooks, hackers can get around “PIN” and steal card from the Banks’ ATMs using simple exernal gadgets such as PIN PADS, capture devices, hidden video cameras from top(camouflaged into brochure shelf) etc. Though banks cry hoarse to keep your PIN secret, but once crooks decide they have your PIN. From internet, I found customers’ transactions data is available from third party who are contracted for maintenance of the machine by Banks. Gadget and data coupled together. it is a coup for the crooks. On 19th evening at at 7p.m., when my debit card trapped in HDFC ATM annexed to their Branch at valasaravakkam – chennai, there was no security around. There was no surveillance camera in the ATM chambers( Came to know later from branch official that crooks snapped the camera wires the previous day 18th June07 both @valasaravakkam and Anna Nagar suburbs of chennai). Card is trapped in the ATM is the root cause. Unauthorized withdrawals later is consequence. for both bank (read bank management) is responsible. Though ATM chamber space is used effectively to publicize about Bank’s products & services available – Nothing is displayed in the form of “DOs” & “DONT’s” in the ATM chamber, no emergency telephone number to contact bank official at ATMs aforesaid). No instructions neither in the ATM Chamber nor in terms & Conditions provided as to what should be done in case of Debit /Credit cards get trapped in ATM Machines. To cap it all, more than one ATM in a single enclosure with men coming for dropping checks for collection & to write out checks and challans defeats the purpose of maintaining any kind of secrecy for customers in front of ATMs. I wish, the contents supra with implied suggestions is brought to the attention of people at the helm so that they can contemplate indeed in “UNDERSTANDING” -us – the customers. Terms & conditions to the customers, Banks state that Debit card is Bank’s property; so also ATMs are bank property. when card is reported trapped in the machine, to protect their property & customers money, bank is expected to take initiative to go the police to do the investigation with video images at the time of occurrence of theft 0r/and unauthorized withdrawals from ATM. In my case, whether HDFC bank done this? I contemplate that why bank can’t be sued for improper upkeep of the machine, and not displaying instructions as to what customer should do in such contingencies &poor security surveillance arrangements which would have certainly acted as deterrents to crooks.

About a month back I got a phone call from a lady named SOUMI (introduced her over phone no. 033-[protected] as a HDFC Employee). She repeatedly asked my permission to switch my normal SB a/c with HDFC to a Classic bank a/c. No permission was given to her in this regard. Rather I asked her identity which was not there. Amount $249.44 not credited to my HDFC Corporate Forex card though the order is cancelled and pre-authorisation amount is reversed. Many of the card holders have the same issue with HDFC Forex card. Proper action should be taken care by the management so that in case of cancelled transaction the amount is automatically credited to the card account and customers are not harassed.I badly need the amount asap but not getting the refund in time which is frustating. Around 7o’clock evening on 19th june 20007, I inserted debit card into one of 2 atms annexed to valasaravakkam branch of the hdfc bank. After completion of drill for withdrawal of money – for the last question “whether you require receipt for this transaction?”, I pressed “no” button for the answer. Neither cash nor the card came out of the machine but the atm video (Monitor) was glowing with the words “contact branch manager”. The day being tuesday it was weekly holiday for the branch yet I looked out for security and since no one was in the vicinity, I moved out of atm chamber taken few steps & spoken to the security man mariappan guarding at the branch entrance. I asked him for meeting branch manager and he said bank closed on a/c of weekly holiday and no official available for contacting & they would be available only the next day. In the circumstances Since debit card trapped in atm machine itself, I felt it safe to leave the place with a feeling that none can access to the trapped card & next day card can be collected from bank bm. But next day forenoon before proceeding to the bank, on the bank’s website I saw status of my account sb 0241xxxx11790 & found in a row of five transactions during the vee hours of 19/20 june 2007, my savings account debited with five atm withdrawals (Anna nagar chennai) totaling to rs.50000 (Fiftythousand). I rushed to the banks branch – got debit card “hot listed”, narrated the incident to bm shri ajit kumar. Since I hv “not lost” the debit card elsewhere and it is only trapped in the bank’s atm machine, police did not permit me to file fir. Complaint for reversal of debits toward unauthorized atm withdrawals – both written & oral to branch manager, answered crisply thus “that matter investigated and since withdrawals were done using your debit card & your pin, bank has nothing to do in the matter. ” I am a senior citizen & live only on interest earned from savings.

Dear Sir, It has been 2 months that I have opened an account with you and till date I have not received my pin for the debit card and net banking. I have reminded several times (to Mr. Partho – sales rep.) and the branch manager out here about this but to no avail, my problem lies unsolved. They made me to fill up a form last month for re-applying for the pin of debit card and net banking, I did that too. But still I haven’t received the pin. Could you kindly solve my problem. I have accounts here in other banks but this is a thing that has never happened with me. Your bank people were at my service at the time of opening the account. But as soon as the account was opened, I was just left out. God I don’t believe how people can be so careless in a bank which I thought had such a good reputation. Beware of hdfc. Don’t get trapped into them on initial false infromation. It is a nightmare experience with hdfc. They provide fals information before opening the account and they don’t have any legal authorization in usa to channel with any of the banker in usa. The nri team, the branch people dont have any knowledge on nri account. Always push the ball to another team. Never tries to provide the solution after the account is opened. Customer is left to option of either closing the account or initiating legal action. They just don’t care. It is a worst banking experience I ever had in my life time.

Big corporation like HDFC bank act deliberately t make it difficult for a customer to register a complaint with them. Ideally I would like an actual mail id so that I can have a copy of complaint mail when I escalate later. But with HDFC Bank if you want to complaint it can be done only from within their portal. Later if you want a record of your complaint you are at their mercy. No way you can forward this complaint to another regulatory authority. Bring to your notice that we have submitted a cheque#[protected] amounting 108395/- on 30th july 2019 in sector 31 gurgaon branch. The cheque got bounced and it has to come to the branch or to the my registered office. But they fail to deliver we have asked multiple of times about the cheque they have not taken a single action about it. And now after 3 months they are saying that we have lost the cheque and its not traceable. We have faced the same problem in past year also where they have lost our 4 cheques, who will be responsible for the loss of the cheque as the cheque validity has expired, this is not a small amount we have suffered alot form this kind of services. Credit card was given on the condition that first year no charges will be levied. Inspire of this Rs. bill was issued by bank for Rs. 540 for credit card account opening charges, after received the bill i wrote a letter to HDFC bank. Bank has assured that account opening charges will be reversed and same has been reversed in time. But penalty for non payment of credit card account opening charges have debited in my account and that amount was increased up to Rs. 2800. This is not justified. Bank cannot charged on those amount which is not payable by customer.

I had reported the same to HDFC Customer care and requested them to block my Credit Card and it was confirmed by Customer Care Team that the same has been blocked. During the time the card was blocked only outstanding amount due was around INR 1000. Also, the new Credit Card was dispatched to me, as communicated by HDFC Customer Care. However, when I received the next Account statement for Aug” 2012, it had an outstanding due of around INR 45000. Some unauthorized transactions were made from my old (lost) credit card even after my card was blocked, for which I had received no SMS or call from the HDFC customer care, for confirmation of the approval of transaction. For every transaction, I used to receive a SMS confirmation and if the transaction amount was greater than a particular limit I used to receive a call from customer care. Since then several discussions had taken place with HDFC Team, but every time the issue was failed to resolve. Also, every time when I received a call from HDFC team, rather than discussing the problem and understanding my concerns, the Person started abusing me and using slang languages. HDFC Team also used to call my colleagues and HR of my Organization and used abusive languages. Just for the records I had never ever defaulted in the credit card outstanding, prior to this incident. I have been facing mental trauma, since last 4 years, every time I receive a call from HDFC team. Also, today HDFC withdraw APPROX INR 105, 000 from my HDFC Savings Account (Acc No: [protected]) in an unauthorized manner without providing any information or my consent and any kind of discussion with me. I have been facing this mental trauma from HDFC Bank Team since last 4 years without any permanent solution. Unless, my concerns are resolved, I will be forced to file my case in Consumer Court for the resolution of the issue. Since, I have been facing this abusive languages and mental trauma for more than last 4 years now and all my amount in the savings account has been blocked or withdrawn by the HDFC Bank in an unauthorized manner, I am also going to send the snapshot of this e-mail to media and other channels for the earliest and rightful resolution of my concerns. Dear Authorities, I have been using HDFC credit card for the last one year. I terminated from the organization and not being able to Pay the dues on time. I had called the customer care to help me out in this regards, Stating that I want to close my card and convert all my outstanding dues into EMI”s. However, They stated that there is no possibility of that. I even asked the possiblity to settle my card since in no way I can go ahead and pay my dues. Dear HDFC authority, I am Richa Gupta, I had HDFC East of Kailash Delhi salaried account : [protected]. In 2013, due to my job transfer I moved to Bangalore. HDFC Domlur branch officials contacted my office for salaried saving accounts tie-up. When they contacted me regarding this, I had communicated that I do not want to open another HDFC account as I already had one in Delhi and my company can transfer my salary amount to that account only. However Domlur branch officials convinced me that they will close Delhi account, will transfer the money to their branch and my customer id will be carried forward. I had confirmed the same time and again and they had assured me. And I went with their suggestion as it was also convenient for me. My HDFC Domlur branch account no. is- [protected] For first few months my online account showed both the accounts (Delhi account with zero balance), and when I inquired about it, I was told that it will go automatically after few months. However now my Delhi account is showing a negative balance of Rs. -4039.33 Upon inquiring the same from customer care, they told me that the accounts have just been merged and Delhi account has not been closed. Also I did not receive single intimation mail / call regarding the negative balance. Now this is the worst kind of service you can provide to your customer: False information, and false assurance: just to open 1 more saving account ; no proper communication and pathetic customer care. I am certainly hoping that HDFC officials will take notice of my request and will do the needful. Otherwise, I am so pissed-off that consumer court and social media are the only options left-out for me. Feel free to call, mail or contact by any other medium for more information. I have applied for personal loan online after that I got call from your representative miss nandini (ph no – 9964349331), she asked me about my amount requirements and told me to that she will get it approved my loan @11.5% and asked me to submit document after that for same intrest rate I submitted my documents, than I got mail from hdfc that my loan has been approved @13.99% intrest for 48 months, than again miss nandini called me and asked to submit 3 blank cheque, for that I told her that I don”t want pl at 13.99% intrest rate because I was getting loan from other banks also in less intrest, I asked her to cancle this application… After 15 minutes again she called and his manager mr. Chauhan (ph no-8951441681) asked me why I am not taking this loan, same thing I told him that I don”t want loan @13.99% intrest, because I was getting form sbi @12.05%… Than he told me that he will make it 11.5% for 60 months and 1% will be processing charge for which emi will be ?3299/ month… I again asked him that if intrest will be more than @11.5% than I am not going to take this loan, than he assured me he will do it for @11.5% only… After that he send his executive for cheque collection and agreement sign… But now what happen without my knowledge they have credited amount to my account @13.99% intrest for 48 months and 2.5% processiong fee, which I can”t afford, and now I am feeling trapped by hdfc. Dear sir / madam, I vanjarapu santhoshi rupa having an account in hdfc bank at jagadhamba branch Visakhapatnam on 24th November morning I did a imps transaction for five thousand rupees to my friend account later the available balance in my account is 40208.59rs .yesterday when I opened my account for internet banking to do some money transactions it is showing that the available balance is 38903rs. There is no information of amount deduction in the statement, since yesterday I did not do any payments from the account and I did not get any massage regarding the debited (1305)amount. Dear Sir / Madam, I wish to bring to your notice that I am a credit card holder of HDFC Bank. I have not received my Credit Card Bill which was due on 15/11/2007. The last date of payment as confirmed by the Customer Service Agent is 05/12/2007. I have called up the 24 hour service helpline (Mumbai) twice once on 24/11/2007 and on 30/11/2007. On 24/11/2007 the agent confirmed that the original statement was sent to me on 16/11/2007 and that a duplicate bill would be sent to me. On 30/11/2007 the agent re-confirmed that the original statement was sent to me on 16/11/2007 and that the duplicate bill request was processed. I request her to send the statement via email to me. Till date I’m sorry to state that I have neither received my statement by courier nor by email. I guess geniune customers are being penalized for negligence & delays of the Company. The Customer Service helpline set up for the customer is thoroughly useless and inefficient. Request that an immediate action be taken else I will not be liable to pay any interest / late fees. If I donot receive my statement within the next 2 days, pl. discontue my credit card. I donot wish to follow up every time for the bill and waste my time. A really irrate customer, Delnaz Khodaiji.

Dear sir I am a serving indian army officer. I had opted for a credit card from hdfc bank in the month of july. I have a account in telco branch of hdfc in jamshedpur. My account number is [protected]. But till date I have not received my credit card. Its been 4 months but I have not yet received my credit card. I had plans to go out of the country for some reason which could not materialise due to the non receipt of the credit card. I have changed my plans three times till now. Being in the army I do not have the luxury of changing my leave options so fluidly To elaborate the entire incident I ordered for a credit card in the first week of july from my home branch of telco in jamshedpur. I was told that the card would be delivered in 15-20 days at my home address. One day I got a sms on my Registered mobile number that the credit card has been dispatched by courier and will be delivered. Due to some unforseen circumstances, my parents were not present in my given address and had gone out of station. No courier service gave me a call that we are going to deliver the card at your place or nobody is present at your residence. No one called. Aftera few days I called the bank in telco and they told me that the courier individual went back without delivering as nobody was there at the house, but no one called me on my registered mobile number to check the availabilty at home I then asked the bank to help me with a solution. They gave me a number and told me to put a sms on that number to re issue the card. I did the same but there was no response and I didnt get my card. My father went to the bank many a times, met the bank manager mr navin sinha, but he never helped and took the matter seriously. He always casually took the case and provided false hopes that the matter will be resolved. Meanwhile, I kept asking the bank regularly for my card. I spoke to them and they kept telling me that they have initiated the re dispatch of the card but it never came. I was also given a contact of mr raja in chennai hdfc to whom I spoke, but he also did not help me and was trying to take the matter casually When things went out of hand and the criticality emerged, I took an emergency leave from my duty station and went to jamshedpur in the last week of october to meet the manager mr navin sinha. He told me that it was a mistake on their part and they will rectify it shortly and provide me with my credit card. I came back to rejoin my duty and waited for my card. I callled mr sinha on a regular basis to check on my credit card but he still kept giving me false promises. Initially He told me that the card will be dispatched by second week of november, but it didnt come. Then he told that will arrive by 19 november, but still it has not arrived. Now I have to go out on 17 dec on a foreign trip and till date I do not have a credit card. It is a matter of shame for me that I got associated with one of the leading banks of the country but they are not able to deliver me my credit card in 4 months times. I am dejected with the bank and the careless attitude of its employees towards its customers. More so, that me being in the indian army giving my service to the nation, a leading bank of the country not being able to help me with my requirements I am writing this email with hopelessness as I have lost all the faith on hdfc. It is just to inform you about the hardships which a customer faces and the bank does not help its customers. If the management can help me, I will be very greatful as I need the credit card urgently. If no, I will close my account with hdfc and maintain no ties in future and will also recomend my near ones of not maintaining any ties with hdfc citing this incident Will request for an early reply and urgent action, so that I can take my decision of applying for a new credit card with some other bank so that I get a credit card in time before I leave for my foreign trip Thank you Major sunil
