I like this place and often went there for a game or two. The problem I faced was the rude staff at the front desk. A once very clean HeadPinz Naples has become neglected and low maintenance at the bowling alley didn’t suit my services. Lanes were not in order and staff is rude and unqualified for their jobs. They don’t show an interest to have the lanes fixed for customers and are not well-trained. Staff is slow in services from behind the counter.
I had terrible service from the staff at HeadPinz Naples. Bowling at HeadPinz Naples has the worst customer care and knowledge of what they do at HeadPinz Naples. A lack of communication skills and professionalism toward customers drove me away from the club. It is high priced, and I did not get what I paid for at HeadPinz Naples.
The poor management lacks interest in their jobs and doesn’t give customers what they deserve at HeadPinz Naples.

I hate it when employees are chatting on their mobile phones while a customer is waiting to be served. At this place that’s what I had experienced. The employee didn’t care I was there; she went on and on chatting and the long wait got longer for me.
Tables were not cleaned; the toilets were in a mess and the floor had dust that had not been cleaned for days, and the noisy staff did not bother to attend to customers waiting in line to be served. The lanes are not functional the thing is, staff do not care for customers service.
No management skills and help are nonexistent from the staff at HeadPinz Naples.
The uncomfortable atmosphere toward customers did not satisfy my customer services at HeadPinz Naples. Bowling lanes had a lot of oil smeared on most spots and I had to wait half an hour to play a game. It was an awful experience for me at this bowling club. The business is ruined by new owners. Management was rude and failed to respect customers services. They treat customers with a bad attitude.
I changed my mind about going back there the horrible service I experienced from the team does not make anything better at HeadPinz Naples.
Everything at HeadPinz Naples is the worst I have ever had. The staff members are not interested in giving their best services to customers and are not qualified to communicate with customers on a good level.
Overall, the staff is rude, unqualified, unpleasant, unfriendly and unhygienic at HeadPinz Naples. I won’t recommend the bowling club to any of my friends or families. It is of regret to have gone there in the first place. I did not expect that there would be a lack of everything good for customers. Customer care and services at HeadPinz Naples is a disaster. The experience I had made me feel unwanted and less interested at the HeadPinz Naples. The lack of warm welcome and good services does not allow for business improvement and that is how it is for HeadPinz Naples.
