There was a lot of fast talking and I was totally confused and told the other lady twice I could not understand what she was talking about because she was going so fast. She then asked me if I wanted to talk back with Diane and I said yes, as I was going to cancel it all. Well someone got on the line calling themself a Benifit Specialist and still got me to agree to whatever they were saying while I was crying hard. I was so upset by the time I got off the phone I do not have any idea what he was getting. I was informed yesterday that $323.41 for the health insurance which is not health insurance and does not meet requirements, $25 for life insurance, and $50 for Accidental death or something to that effect. Showing he had no beneficiary it would go to estate which we wouldn’t have agreed to anyway and they have an incorrect social security number for them. Also, there is this Freedome Elite10 that he is getting that is going to cost us $30 a month, then Extra Care Package for $25 a month. We cannot afford any of this and have already talked to someone else at Health.gov and are getting a legitimate policy (I hope) .
