***BEWARD*** This company is a complete Fraud! how they are still operating is disgusting and shows that our Government does NOTHING to stop consumer fraud. The complaints about this company go back YEARS!!! They are contacting me about an emergency room visit I had in April 2019. I paid the bill to the hospital DIRECTLY! They obviously have connections inside hospital billing departments across the country as there is no other way to get patients information. The HOSPITAL told me this company is a fraud and they have patients complaining all the time about them. If you pay HRRG…you still owe the Hospital or Doctor. They are a money scam.

Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
After receiving emergency services in April 2 018, and paying my bill in full, I received a statement from HRRG requesting payment. They claim to represent the attending doctor and some physicians group, from whom I never received services. MY doctor was listed in my full payment, after insurance covered their share . To this day, almost a year later, I am still receiving phone calls from HRRG. Today, HRRG sent me another statement and claimed that it will be turned over to another collection agency, ARS, which may hit my credit report. Needless to say, HRRG has no real physical address, or real phone number. Just a PO Box. ARS, who I suspect is also a fake agency, also has no real address or phone number. Beware of the scam.

Dr Harvey is an attending physician at St Marys Hospital in West Palm Beach as well as her other practices. In May of 2018 I had a bad laceration on my hand that needed emergency medical treatment. I went to St Mary ER and was given a tetanus shot and four sutures. I explained at triage that my medical insurance was not set to take effect for two weeks, so I would be paying out of pocket. I was seen by a great R.N. and given the tetanus shot and was given the sutures by an equally amazing P.A. I was discharged and told I would receive a bill in the mail. Two months later I received a call from a company called “HRRG” asking for very personal information over the phone like my full Social Security number, and being terribly rude and unprofessional. Eventually I received a letter from HRRG stating they were trying to collect a $1, 580 medical debt for Dr Katherine Harvey for medical treatment while at St Mary ER. I tried explaining numerous times, to numerous people that I had already received a $1, 600 bill from the Hospital and that I was never treated by a physician. The response I received was “The Doctor works there and tell the nurses and assistants what ti do, so you have to pay her no matter what.” I thought there had to be a mistake. I finally got to speak to manager in HRRG, and after I explained what the issue was, she told me she understood and that she would take care of it. Two months later I got a letter in the mail from HRRG. They offered me a settlement of $441. I went online and made a payment. Three days later I received a phone call from HRRG telling me I had to pay them $331 immediately or the debt would return to the original amount, and it would be reported as debt in collections. So basically pay or owe an additional $1, 000 and have your credit damaged… Dr Harvey is part of a group pf physicians that own HRRG. So if you happen to not have any medical ins, but need emergency medical treatment at an ER; you go in and get treated and then charged an egregious amount of money for EMERGENCY MEDICAL TREATMENT YOU NEED. WITH NO WAY OF KNOWING HOW MUCH THE BILL WILL BE AFTER. With the caveat being that you will owe Dr Harvey, and HRRG will be there to harass you, threaten you and be rude ll while doing it. Does that sound very ethical? Doesn’t to me.
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
For over two years I received calls from numerous numbers calling themselves HRRG and that they were collecting a debt from an ER visit in 2015. When asked about details, they said they worked through the ER doctors who were paid through them “a private agency”. The first red flag is that they called ME and asked ME to “confirm identity” by telling them my birthdate or my address. The second thing was that they were calling about an unpaid ER bill from April of 2015 (which was true), and that I could go on their website with an assigned account or pay over the phone with a credit card. Being that I was 18 and naive when they first started to call, I didn”t do anything about it, thinking that it was 100% paid for since my parents were in charge of paying my bills as I was still in high school and a dependent. Finally two years later and after multiple numbers calling everyday, I got fed up and called the hospital directly to see if there was actually an unpaid ER bill from 2015. There was in fact a $533 bill that was unpaid (the exact amount HRRG was asking for). Since the bill was charged so long ago, the hospital then directed me to their own affiliated collections agency (not HRRG). When sorting the bill out and paying it, I asked the affiliated collections rep. if they were connected to HRRG and she replied no, saying that it is illegal and considered harassment if two collections agencies were calling about the same debt. Mind you, the affiliated collections agency never called me to collect the debt. It was only HRRG calling me, but the fact that they are not even affiliated directly to the hospital gives them no grounds to be collecting the debt from the ER visit. To get into more detail, everytime I was called and that I answered I told the HRRG rep to call or send the bill to my father, who was responsible for the bill in the first place since I was still in high school. On multiple occasions after I told them the situation, they would argue with me about my own age in the time of the ER visit, saying I was 19 and not 18 when in fact I was 18 and still a dependent due to the fact I was still in high school. Another time, a rep threatened that this debt would accumulate and “mess up my credit”. Which I don”t have as I have not worked yet, I don”t use credit cards, and I haven”t taken out student LOANs/LOANs. I”m finally now writing up a complaint with the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau since I received another call from HRRG today, trying to collect the debt that was paid over two weeks ago through the directly-affiliated collections agency. I straight up told the guy that the debt was paid and that I would be calling the cops because this is harassment and he played dumb and hung up. Later, I called again to try and get more information about HRRG, and the lady asked for my birth year to confirm identity, which I refused and then confronted her about the situation. She then said, “Your number is not listed anymore.” And I proceeded to yell profanities at her because she would not let me speak. So moral of the story is that call your hospital/healthcare provider and insurance company directly and pay bills that way instead of these [censor] taking money from you. It”s upsetting that they even have such information (bill amount due, birth date, address, etc.) in the first place.

Got a bill from a medical provider, they said that we owed a specific amount… However, my eob clearly stated that the maximum amount the provider could collect was $143.00 less than what they were asking for. Contacted the billing department and sent them copies of the eob, and asked that they send a corrected bill reflecting the actual amount owed. Four months went by and we got a collections notice from hrrg. Now, hrrg wants me to sent personal medical information to an unsecured fax number because “they can”t be assured that us postal mail will deliver to their p. O. Box”. To protect our credit rating, we have already paid the larger amount and now we have to (Again) prove that we only owe the lower amount and wait for a refund of the over payment. My money better get here quick!

Hrrg called and said can i speak to your husband which was not here at the time call came in and she stated that did this number show on your caller id and i said yes and she hung up in a hurry no name was giving… So when my husband got home he called number back that was on caller id and a man from hrrg stated verify your birthdate so he gave it to him and the man stated that my husband owes 500.00 on a bill to the er back 2 years ago and my husband stated he had insurance & never has recieved a bill on that and said that if its not paid in full that his credit report would be messed up due to not paying this false bill thus is a bogus and a scam and he hung up on my husband so he called back and a lady answers and she basically told him the same thing they were rude to my husband and needs to be caught up with and be put behind bars SCAMMERS… It makes me so mad how anybidy can get by with such CRIMES the buy throw away phones and does this crap to honest and hard working people get a real job
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
HRRG collected almost $3000 from me for what they said was an outstanding bill. They mailed me a letter asking for payment, then called to say they were going to report me to the credit bureau if I didn”t pay the bill immediately. I was told by my insurance company that they were paying the bill and I shouldn”t pay. I told HRRG this and they still said they would report me to the credit bureau that day if I didn”t pay immediately. They even offered me a 20% discount if I paid that day. I was nervous and upset to have my credit affected by this so I paid the bill. I found out after that, that my insurance company did in fact pay the bill and most of it had already been paid before HRRG called me, threatened my credit and I paid it. I am now trying to get my money back from HRRG and they won”t refund my money. I have spoken to my insurance company and the doctor”s office that provided the service and both have proof of payment. HRRG refuses to contact either company and says they have no way to know that the bills were paid by insurance. They are saying they are a call center and their phones can”t dial out! This is the worst customer service but even more importantly they took almost $3000 from me almost a month ago and refuse to return my money. So I conferenced called them with the provider that hired them to collect the money. And now they are saying it will take another 45 days to process. Meaning they kept my money for three months. And that is assuming I get it back within that time frame. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE MONEY

Hrrg is calling me to collect for my eight year old daughters medical bill of 399.00. Iitold them several times that she has medicaid and that her bills are covered by medicaid and they act like the cant find the insurance and continue to ask me for the medicaid i. D number. I could be having surgery on my death bead or being held up at a bank and they will constantly ask me for the medicaid id number and I have already given this information. They drive me crazy and I cant get them off of my back no matter what!
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
Hrrg is horrible, do not hire them for your collection services. I am working on resolving an outstanding balance on behalf of a person who has suffered a severe brain injury. She is receiving a small settlement and has several liens on the amount that she is scheduled to receive. She did not have insurance.in the interest of fairness to all of her providers, I submitted an offer to hrrg to ensure that they received some form of payment. I have sent information to their fax number [protected] repreated times. They have lost my information, then they act like its my fault that they do not maintain adequate records. Then, when asked to reduce the amount due to the circumstances surrounding the settlement of my brain damaged client, they say it is not their policy to reduce, though they never provide a copy of this policy for me to review. They have hung up on me twice saying that I “don’t know the law”, when I am trying to make sure that they are reimbursed out of this limited settlement. She called me a clerk, since i’m not the direct attorney. So instead of resolving like professionals, they act like children and call names. They are ignorant and inconsiderate, and cannot handle when someone is as knowledgeable about collection practices. These people are a joke.

HRRG is the collection agency my emergency room bill was sent to after I was unable to make payments. HRRG of course continues to call. I set up a payment plan a long while back, but I am unemployed and am unable to actually make consistent payments. When HRRG called today, they pressed for money I do not have. I have a family to take care of, I understand I owe the hospital, but providing for my children and myself comes before any medical bills! I asked the HRRG collector if we were being recorded to be sure that what I had to say was known. I explained my situation and and was repeatedly interrupted by the representative because he was frustrated that he was getting no money out of me at this time. How rude… I am telling him that I have no job and my husband is out of work do to a broken arm, and he does not listen, will not hear me. He said stick to the issue at hand, I interrupted with a laugh!!! HA HA HA… the issue is there is NO MONEY!!! what else can I possibly say to get them to leave me alone. Call next month, maybe then my husband will be back at work, maybe then our mortgage and car payments will be made, maybe then I can make the $25.00 payment a month to HRRG!!!
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I admit that I owed the hospital money. HRRG called and acted like I was a deadbeat and the caller said “You owe us $54.94”. I said “No, I owe Cleveland Clinic $54.94”. She didn’t like that. This was May 18th. I told her I would pay the bill within 30 days. On June 13th (25 days later), she called and said “can I have you verify your date of birth” I said “not right now” and next thing I know, she had hung up. I called back and they answered and hung up again. I called again and she answered and I asked why she hung up. She said I refused to verify my identity. I told her that I was trying to tell (then she interrupted me “you owe $54.94!” I started to say ” I sent a check (interrupted again – “When” ), I said Friday and that (interrupted AGAIN ” for how much?”) I said maybe if you’d let me talk I could tell you. I told her “I sent you a check for the full amount on Friday’. (I even told her the check number). You should have it already or at least in the next day or two. If you don’t have it by Friday, call me back”. Really snotty she said “I’ll make a note on your account” (You could tell she didn’t believe me). Well, when i checked my banking Thursday morning the check had been cashed! So, that means they probably got it Monday or Tuesday, deposited already, and then called me AFTER they got it. Man, I am ticked! Tried to get ahold of them – their website has NO contact information whatsoever. I am going to contact the BBB and Ohio Attorney General. This is nothing but pure harassment.

I am the guardian of the individual who owed a debt (my brother), and I have been his guardian for a very long time. When I told the lady that she would not even speak about the situation with me, without faxed proof of guardianship. This I expected, I told them I wanted to get this settled. “But of course I was interupted”; so in my next explanation I expected to tell her I wanted her to understand that I could get my brother to pay the bill and he could be easy to dealt with, but still just as easily abused and I wasn”t going to allow them to do that to him. “But I was interrupted again”; and her comment was to say (as if she was the doctor who diagnosed him) then if he can pay he doesn”t need a guardian. But upon this ignorant statement I began to call her a (*%# [email protected] ) multiple times. When I agreed to be polite I told her to not interrupt me” she refused and I continued to call her names. Of course she hung up on me and when I called back they wouldn”t pick up any of the returned calls from that number… all the way till closing hours. Let me say two words out of my mouth and I would have had him pay that night online. But sense you acted like bullying scoundrels and decided to be ignorant about even listening to me about this and he will never pay… ha…ha … ha I am guardian and you cant touch my credit cause you don”t have guardian papers…and when you touch his it will roll off in 7 years where I will still give him money to pay off his own bills … however for $34.25 … you can $uck it! lol

I had HRRG calling me for weeks. Daily. I called Kaiser and did not owe any bill that had not yet been paid. I called the ER for Roger Williams hospital and paid them in full. HRRG continued to call me insisting I owed them $264 for services rendered in the ER. They claimed to do a review of my bill, but yet could not ever send an itemized bill. I payed them over threat to impact my credit score, but now realize I should not have. DO NOT LISTEN TO THESE CON ARTISTS.

I have an ER bill that ended in HRRG collections when the creditor, Chase Dennis Emergency Medical Group, did not respond to my health insurance representative’s legal letters via fax. The date of the ER service was 12/08/17. At the moment, my health insurance representative at Exclusive Care, has sent 3 legal letters via fax to HRRG. HRRG is not responding to my health insurance company’s letters. The number of my health insurance representative is [protected] and would like to be contacted by HRRG to come to a resolution on this issue. -Kaylee Sheppeard

I have been harassed by this company for weeks, they claim I have outstanding bills from a hospital visit, Larkin Hospital. I have already paid for the bill and I found it to be intriguing: but I didn”t want this to affect my credit so I called the hospital. They told me I have no outstanding balance on my account and that they do not work with this collection agency. I am very happy I didn”t pay for it, because from what I read already about this HRRG Collections company, they won”t refund your payment. They also insisted I would pay over the phone which I found suspicious. It”s a scam, do not pay what these people ask for!
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I have made payments on two accts and have the same original balance. Insurance companies do not pay the full amount. But if you are self pay you are expectedto pay the full amount. I have sent in copies of my payments. And requested from ars/hrrg a correct b alance. But they only send me demand letters. Then they report it on your credit, which prevents you from borrowing to settle the bill. Real silly move.
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I have no unpaid medical bills. I have resources to pay all legitimate bills. No medical service provider has sent me a bill that has not been paid already. I have had no hospital medical services in decades. They provide no details about a bill in anyone”s name for any amount. No bills received from them. Internet has many complaints from citizens they have called in error, without the information needed to collect alleged debts. They need to be sanctioned for such behavior.

I have paid $389.48 for my husband”s hospital stay 8/27/17-9/9/2017 at Christus Spohn Hospital in Corpus Christi. I received the bill in July 2018 finally, and made promp payment on 8/7/2018 by sending a check #3177, which I have a copy of, by return envelope by mail. The check cleared my bank on 8/14/18. Monthes later, I started getting exact same bill, which I ignored, as I already made payment. HRRG started calling and sending bill for this in Jan. 2018. I sent the copy of my check and bank statement that shows the check is cleared to them on Jan. 25, 2018. Even after that, I received so many calls from them. Received countless bills by mail, too. I am sending them the same copy of the check ($389.48, check #3177) and copy of my bank statement that shows the check was cleared on 8/14/2018. They will probably ignored them again… What a mess! But I am not paying the bill that I already paid regardless.
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I have paid my medical debt completely in full and even after paying my debt and verifying (with the original medical provider) that my account stands at a $0.00 balance, I continue to receive daily calls from HRRG. Upon calling them, I was contacted with a lady who barely spoke English and who lied to me by telling me that they were the medical provider. Per what the ACTUAL medical provider said, they are a separate collections company. She continually interrupted me and tried to collect information from me, to which I responded that I am not going to give her information because the debt is paid in full and I requested that she reach out to the company that initiated the collection and verify that it is paid in full. She finally responded in an irritated and disrespectful tone saying, “FINE, we will just send you a letter. Goodbye” and hung up on me. It is scary to me that a shady company like this can have access to my credit information and potentially ruin my credit report.

I have received calls twice now from numbers showing as from the 414 area code in Milwaukee, Wisconsin but each time I call back I get a different horse’s [censor] in Florida. They claim to have sent “a notice” about two weeks prior but will not tell me what it is about. They are using the full name and asking to speak to my disabled adult daughter for whom I am also her legal guardian. I know that all of her bills are fully paid and that nothing is owed to anyone. This is obviously some sort of scam as they are faking caller-ID information and are very evasive when you call back. I’ll pay extra taxes to build the prisons necessary to lock these asspipes away.

I have received several calls from this agency. They call and immediately disconnect when uou answer. They also do not leave voicemails when you do not answer the call. My last call was at 12:30pm on 01/20/2020. I answered the call and the agent disconnected without an introduction. I immediately called the number back and “James” introduced himself. I asked what the call was regarding and he disconnected.

I have seen where hrrg has been sending out fake bills to people saying they owe outrageous bills, I have received a bill in the mail from hrrg collections saying I owe 1556.00 dollars. A request of payment in the amount of 759.0 for 12/6/17 and a request for payment in the amount of 797.00 for 1/29/18 yes you seen that right. First off I have insurance, and my bills even without my insurance is never over 400$ now with that being said, if I get one more fake ass bill from this place I will pull my lawyer in on this and I will sue hrrg for much more than what the bill is!!! I have scammers calling my phone all day everyday since my social# was stolen! I will not be paying this fake ass bill!
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I just got off the phone with some guy at HRRG who has been calling my number non-stop for 3 days now. He asked if I could take care of the bill now and I said no that I didn’t have the money and that it would probably take a couple of months before I could pay anything towards it. He said in a couple of months you will be buying stuff for Christmas and then say that you need another couple of months and by then it will appear on your credit report. I said go ahead and report it, my credit is shot anyway because we just went through a bankruptcy (unfortunately that happened before my medical emergency). He then says and you wonder why your credit is shot – maybe because you don’t pay your bills. I was shocked that he would dare say something like that when he has no idea what my situation is. He then told me to get a credit card and pay the bill with that. I told him that I didn’t have one anymore because I gave them all up in the bankruptcy. He said well the doctors need to get their money. I said I am so sorry but it is not like I decided to have my appendix almost burst on Easter Sunday and had to have it removed. I said you are not going to get any money out of me right now because my hysband has lost his job and I am supporting our family of 4 right now on my income alone and there is no left over for this bill. He then begins telling me how I need to pay them or else. So I being yelling back at him until he finally says – fine just show up on your credit report and hung up. I know that I am not in the best financial shape but that does not give this guy any reason to judge me or speak to me like he did.

I keep receiving phone calls from a company that identifies itself as HRRG when I return the call. They never leave voice mail, but it shows up as a missed call on my cell phone. When I return the call, they are identified as HRRD by computer voice, then hook me up to a live body. Who comes on says “your number isn’t showing up on our records”, then they either hang up saying it must be a mistake – or just act like I don’t know what I’m talking about – very rude!! Why am I being bombarded by phone calls from them (5 in the last week), when I’m not even in their records?
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I received a bill for the first time for my brother, and it was $530 and they wouldn’t release information regarding why he owes money and that even though I would be taking care of it, they wouldn’t tell me anything. I had to have my father call in and they were yelling at that the money needed to be paid now and the lady would not give us which healthcare had sent them the bill. It took a few calls and they finally told us it was from Everyday Healthcare. When I called Everday Healthcare to see what the bill was regarding and why they hadn’t sent us a bill themselves and they told me they never had a patient with my brother’s name. Not only that, they keep patient files up to 4 years and this bill was from last year. HRRG needs to hire decent people with better customer service skills and stop scamming people. I’m also taking this to BBB to report them.

I received a bill from HRRG for a bill of $34 from a Doctor. I never received the initial bill and until today I have no idea who it is … They called me all the time and the first thing they ask me is for my information instead of telling me who they are or what they want. I did not know until I called them and they said that I refuse to give them my info… HELLO!!! I Am not giving my private information to anybody unless I trust who they are. I asked them to send me the initial bill and they keep saying they have sent it already. So funny that I never receive the bill but I keep getting their calls AND their letters. The person I spoke was trying to intimidate me about everything that I said was recorded… so what? Rude, unprofessional and scam is what it seems to me. $34.dollars is not a big deal but how come I never get the “invoice” I bet they do that with innocent people that pay without questioning anything…
Healthcare Revenue Recovery Group [HRRG] Reviews & Complaints
I received a bill in May stating that i owed HRRG $900.00 from a ER visit. They have called me non stop since I first received the bill. I finally on 11/13/13 asked the lady from HRRG if she could look and see if my insurance had paid any on the bill, she states that insurance didnt pay any but she said that i could call my insurance and ask them. I called my insurance company and they said that they never received a claim from them for that date and the bills that they did receive for that date of service were paid in full. So i had to call the actual company and they stated that they had submitted the claim but never heard anything back. Dont you think if the insurance didn”t respond then you might need to resubmit the claim. Considering that i have double coverage insurance, i shouldn”t owe that much for a freaking ER visit. Especially since the insurance paid the other 2 claims in full for that day of service.

I received a call from HRRG but I missed it. I called the number back (not knowing who it was) and a lady answered and said she was with HRRG. I explained that I just missed a call. She asked for my number and couldn’t find anyone in the system by that number. I asked what the company does. She would not tell me. She asked for my name. I told her I’m not giving her my name! I just want to find out who this company is… she still wouldn’t tell me what they do. I asked her several times who HRRG was and what they do. She literally didn’t say anything two of the times. I thought she hung up. I asked if she was still there. She said yes. I asked again who they are and what they do. She then hung up on me. Seems pretty shady if you ask me. I’ve looked it up and see that it’s a medical collections agency. I do not have any outstanding medical bills.

I received a letter with the service date of March 6, 2017. A creditor IPC of Nevada had hired them to collect a balance due, but it is not my bill. When I try to sign-on to their website, they did not even have the correct date of birth. The pin number is 1.[protected].505 and the validation notification number is [protected]. I believe this is a scam and would like to receive verification that it is. I would like them to take me off of their mailing address, and verify there is no amount due.

I received a phone call today (April 17, 2017) from a gal name Elaine at HRRG Collections. I did not hear who she worked for so I asked for the company name. She said HRRG (Healthcare Recovery Group). She informed me she was a bill collector and this was an attempt to collect a debt. She instructed me that I had an outstanding debt from an emergency room visit on September 10, 2016. She informed me that my insurance company had paid $97.56 and the balance of ~$247 was left unpaid. She told me a bill was sent to me. I had told her I did not recognize the company name, but I had my medical bills in front of me and asked her to wait while I looked through them. She hung up the phone on me. I then looked on line and discovered there were many complaints against this company and questioned their legitimacy. I decided to call the phone number back [protected], as the Internet indicates the number was a local insurance agency office. When I called back, a man answered (could not understand his name due to his broken English) and greeted me by name, “Hello Mr. Abare”. It”s obvious they have caller ID and/or their computer system is linked to their phone system. He then thank me for taking his call. I said, “What! I called you”, which he then seemed to fumble his words. He then asked for my birth date which I refused to provide with the intent to share I was questioning who they were. He talked over the last part of my reply. He told me he was with HRRG and they had all my info including my social security number which he then asked me to provide/confirm. I told him I was trying to verify if they were a legit vendor which of course he claimed they were. All this was going on and he was still talking over the top of me. I could not get a word in edge wise as he kept talking. He indicated they sent an invoice on March 4, 2017. (I do not have any receipt of an invoice from HRRG). I asked if he could send it to me again. He said he already had sent it referencing the address he sent it to. I said, if you would allow me to talk we might get through this. I then asked a second time for him to send me the invoice. He then hung up the phone on me. This may be a legitimate bill. I was hospitalized on that date. When I check my insurance claim files I do see an amount matching what he says would be do, but it does not correlate to the emergency room, but rather to a doctor who I do not recognize a name. I am willing to pay my hospital bills. I have already had two medical scams in the past 12 months and am trying to be cautious to not fall victim again. I have an open account with the emergency room at the hospital as my wife an I have been in the ER 3 times in the past 7 months. If I had a client number, an invoice, something… I would be glad to provide it. I would think that bill collectors should have a protocol to adhere to when trying to confirm information and how to reply to a consumer that is not trusting of the suspicious nature of the calls. If Elaine had not hung up on me I could have checked (and was checking) the invoice and/or if I had received an invoice from them. FYI… I have nothing from HRRG. It is bill collectors like this that give the industry a bad name. At this point I want this documented so should they not comply with sending me an invoice I have some reference to why they did not see a timely payment (assuming they are legit). I don”t want their lack of customer service to impact my credit rating.

I recently got sent over to this agency. I was waiting on financial help from the hospital so this bill for team health fell behind. This company called me and left NO message (not very helpful). I called them back, and got some woman, didnt clearly speak name just asked for my date of birth. After the collection reading of attempting to collect a dept, this woman became rude and told me only 50 % was covered by financial help, and that I needed to pay in full. When I told her I couldnt she proceeded to tell me I needed to. And I asked if it was her could she pay this full balance of 751, if she was me…she said yes and laughed! I said well thats wonderful but I have other bills and not a great paying job, but she laughed again and said ITS NOT THE JOB, its the values of life and not being in collection like you. I was so shocked by this. This woman didnt know me, she had no idea who I was. How could someone who PROBABLY works off commission, say this and expect me to pay on this bill? I contacted Team Health, and will set up a payment plan with them. I will never call this company again, and speak with them. They are RUDE people who think they have control. This company sucks, they are all ###s.

I recieved a bill today, for almost the same amount I owe the Jewish Hospital. I was concerned because I make timely payments to Jewish every month. I called Jewish to ensure they hadn”t wrote me off, and they ensured me that a plan was set and that there were no issues. I then proceeded to tell them I receieved an additional bill, and they insisted I call the number on the bill for myself. She said she was unsure, and could only see the information pertaining to the ER. When I called HRRG, the (rude) lady said it was for Physician services offered. Now, what I don”t understand is that the ER nurse, and another nurse were the ones that attended to my son, and if anything, a Dr. just came in, and sent us on our way. Can someone please explain to me if this is a valid debt. This bill seems unusually high, and I already have $400 something dollars outstanding…please help

I recieved a phone call from them about a month ago. I had missed the call so I called them back, and they told me I had an unpaid emergency room bill, which I did. I asked them if I could pay a monthly payment out of my debit card each month and the woman told me no that I had to pay it all at once. I told her well give me a week, and I will try to pay. The lady got very rude with me and wanted to know why I couldnt pay it right then and there. I told her I couldnt afford to pay it all up front right then and there, and it would be better for me to make a monthly payment. She said I couldnt do that again. So I told her that give me a week and I will call back and see what I can do. A week went by, and I called them as promised. A different lady asked me if I was going to pay the balance off today, and I said that I could only afford twenty dollars right then and that I would pay the balance off within two weeks. She hesitantly said I could do that but she gave me this warning. “Well, I will take your twenty dollars but I cannot assure you that we will not push forward and that it might be sent to court. I told her that I was going to pay the rest of it in two weeks, and she said to me that she still couldnt assure me that it would not press forward.” I still paid the twenty dollars. Today as promised I called and paid the balance off and requested that they send something in the mail stating that I paid it in full and she refused. I dont understand that. How can a business refuse to send something in the mail like that?? This whole experience with them has been nauseating because they have all been very rude.
