There are 2 people involved in this scam. One uses the name Kimberely Brooke Massey, the other is David J Powell. They claim to run the animal rescue, Heart to Heart and operate out of Kentucky. They prey on peoples hearts with stories of suffering dogs to get folks to donate money. | Their operation in VA, has been exposed and another ligimate rescue group had to take responsibility for the poor dogs. So far 46 urine and feces covered dogs were removed from a hot barn, where they were in small cages with no food or water. At this time the other cocker Spaniel rescue has their veterinarians examining these poor souls and treating where necessary. | | Please watch out for these 2 individuals and they have no care what so ever about rescue. It has been said that they fabricated photos, using deceased animals, in order to get your money. | There are many legitimate animal rescues out there and they need your help and support, Please pay attention to who you support. Also, please do not support these 2 individuals….only the animals will suffer.
