Awful company. Their pictures and return policy as stated on the website are all a scam. The dress received was not as described, material and craftsmanship were both awful. Further, the customer service is non existent. The representative denied the refund although it complied with their policy of receiving a defective item and then later, offered me a $10 refund for the $160 dress. Buyer be aware!!! My dress was promised to be delivered prior to my daughters prom and arrived 3 weeks later unfinished (see picture) and I when I sent them my complaint about the tailoring being unfinished they forwarded me the no return policy. Do not order from hebeos, although you can put your own measurements, they do not do it right, personally my experience has been horrible. I paid extra for my dress to get here before a certain time and it came after. When I finally got the dress it was huge! The dress did not look like the one in the picture. The cutting of the dress was nasty and unevenly made. The top was open in the middle and one boob was showing all the way will the other one was somewhat covered. I”ve tried to reach out to them and they responded the first time, after that – they asked me for pictures you know to make sure I wasn”t lying. I immediately answered back and sent them the pictures after that I haven”t heard a peep from them and they don”t have a number for you to call them so you have to wait for them to respond over email and that takes days or maybe like they”ve done to me. Don”t order from hebeos! We ordered my daughter”s prom dress and were told it would arrive by march 21st. When that date came and went and the dress had not even shipped yet we became worried and started trying to contact them. No response other than an auto response “please be patient.. Blah blah”. We had no choice but to order from another site and cancel the order with hebeos. It hadn”t shipped and we explained that there was no way the dress would be here in time, but they wouldn”t cancel or refund our money. So – prom is this week and there”s no dress and no refund. Earlier this month i ordered a dress. The dress was supoosed to be a Satin pale pink dress. When it arrived it wasnt satin instead it was a cheap see through material. Hebeos is giving me issues processing a return. They are stating that I asked for a request after the dress was tailored. I originally asked for the dress to have sheer darkened and back covered. I do not believe this to be true. On January 7 Alice said they will make dress as picture. I sent the email Jan 7 to cover the back. Received email that dress was still being tailored on Jan 8. (So how was the dress already completed if it was still being tailored?) I emailed back Jan 9 to cover the back. Jan 10 Alice state they got that don”t worry. So from Alice”s email I got an understanding that they received the request/email to cover the back and they did cover the back. I receive the dress and the back was not covered. I am requesting for the dress to be approved for return, Hebeos pay for the return and a partial refund for my time wasted going back and forth and not honoring my request when I sent the request to clarify my statement about want I wanted right after Alice said she will make dress as pictured I said no I don”t want it as the picture on the same day. Hebos charge $151.40 November 14, 2019 I purchased a dress on hebos.com 9/22/2019 and received my package 10/08/2019. I opened the package to find the dress in orange color, and clearly very long in the sleeve and height. Dress did not compliment my daughter’s complexion and it was long in height. See attached pictures to show the dress color and height/fit. Clearly the tule is missing on my dress vs the picture shown on the website. I reached out to hebos customer service via emails(all of the emails are attached). Initial email was sent by me on 10/10/2019. Hebos stated that their colors can be different and I have to accept it as it is, even though their return policy states that they would offer refund. That is the only reason I purchased from this online merchant. So when I realized the fit and color was different, I was under the impression that they would stand by their return policy. They asked for pictures and I sent it to them. They came back with “sorry to tell you that we cannot find out big problem of this dress from your pictures”. They basically want me to accept their misrepresented product and unwearable dress due to the unproper fit and poorly made product. More over they had an unprofessional attitude and was unwilling to work with me. They never wanted to correct the problem. I purchased with full confidence due to their pictorial representation on the site. They are not a reputable merchant, as the product varies in color and fit, and they are NOT willing to work with their clients. Merchant did not try to correct this problem and basically told me I have to live with it. I have not returned this dress as I am still waiting for return authorization from the merchant. Be aware! Horrible/Scam Company!!! Ordered a $200 prom dress for my daughters Senior year- I”m a single parent, so this is a lot of money!!! The dress came and looks nothing like the picture, it”s extremely cheaply made and the “exact measurements” we provided were not the same measurements as the dress. I am so so disappointed with how this company is handling this. I purchased this dress for my wedding coming up in november 2019. I realize the dress was only $200, but it is nothing like the picture. I figured how bad could the dress be? It is the worst. The way I am able to describe it doesn”t come close to the let down in person. The quality of the lace, the pattern on her chest, and the material of the dress is nothing like what is represented in the pic. It is a completely different dress. The material is very thick, stiff, and heavy.in the pic, it almost looks see-through, very light, and perfect for a beach wedding. I ordered a dress and it doesn”t fit me so I contacted Shriner service to return the dress ASAP Bec I”m going on vacation very soon. They kept asking me to take pics of myself with the dress as a proof that it doesn”t fit. This first of all is ridiculous because I didn”t feel comfortable taking any pics with this dress and the zipper of the dress didn”t close because of how tight it is. All the dresses I have are size 4 but Because the measurements that I provided that I wasn”t sure of weren”t a match of size 4, they are refusing to return my dress and they are forcing me again to keep it and said that I should go alter it to make it fit me. This is actually ridiculous of how you force customers to wear something that they don”t want to wear. In addition to the size isn”t good, I really don”t like the material of that dress. I ordered a dress from Hebeos on 25/04/19 and paid for expedited shipping, the dress arrived later than expected. I ordered a size 8 which my measurements were an exact fit for, however, when it arrived it was too big for me and the material had a shiny effect to it that was nothing like the image on the website. I have been in contact with the customer services team who are quite simply trying anything to avoid giving me a return address. They have requested that I send them photos of the product which I have, then they cheekily asked me for “actual” measurements! I ordered a prom dress for my daughter on 10 April-dress was not required to be altered as I knew I”d have to have it done after my daughter tried it on. I paid extra expedited shipping to have it here by 28 April. When I did not get a shipping notification a few days before I emailed (there is NO WAY TO TALK TO SOMEONE OVER THE PHONE). I was told a few days later the dress was still being tailored. No apologies for missing the timeframe and no estimate when I”d get it. I notified them to cancel the order. They ignored that request and shipped it out several days later anyway. Long story short-they refuse to respond to my requests for return/refund information and I”m out $159. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter on May 25th and there was only 2 shipping options available. 1 was 4-6 days and the other was 2-4 days expedited shipping I paid 29.00 for it to arrive faster. I emailed them 4 days later to inquire about the shipping because I hadn”t received a email to say it shipped. They then precede to tell me that I wasn”t going to get this dress until 6/10/19. I explained that I paid for expedited shipping and my daughter prom was June 6th. They claimed they would rush it out but because their dresses were made to order it would take longer. So I then ask why do they have this shipping option if they couldn”t meet the deadline. Their response was if I canceled I couldn”t get my refund because it was pass the 48 hours their site policy notes. When I received my dress and open the package it was a totally different dress from the one I paid for. The materials were all wrong, the dress has snags all over the bottom, and they didn”t put the designs on the mermaid part of the dress as it”s shown on the website. I contact them immediately and for days we we t back and forth emailing and every time they refused to send the return label. I even sent pics of their return policy and pics of the the dress I ordered and the one they sent. Showing how different they are. They then mentioned that the dresses may be a lil different from the website because they were made to order and to top it off they offered to give me 10% of my money back. I paid $159.00 for this dress. After several email back and forth it went up to 25% and that was their final offer. I”m so upset and hurt that these people would do this to not only me but dozens of other customers because I”ve read all these reviews that I wish I had seen prior. This is so unfair and something needs to be done. This website needs to be shut down because they are taking money from Hard working individuals such as myself. I had to run out and buy my daughter a last minute dress days before her prom and spent way more money that”s really didn”t have, because it was her senior prom I couldn”t let her go without a dress. To be inconvenienced and robbed is truly hurtful.

I ordered a prom dress for my daughter. Going off the measurement chart we ordered a US size 6 which were within her measurements. It was a two piece dress and when we received it, the dress part fit perfectly but the top was entirely to small. She was unable to zip it up. We couldn”t even get the two zippers on each side to come close to touching much less zipping. I immediately contacted Hebeos customer service per the instructions and was told to take it somewhere and get it tailored. There was not enough material on the top to let it out even if I had wanted to. I explained to them that I ordered the dress according to the suggested measurements. I was told that I ordered the wrong size which I clearly did not. The customer service emails I have been receiving are like they are coming from a bunch of five years olds. I will never use this site again and I will warn everyone about them.

I ordered my daughter prom dress and paid for expedited shipping. The dress still arrived a week after the given date. The dress was a different color and does not look like what was ordered. I reached out to them and all they said it was the same, clearly I would not be complaining if it was. This is a horrible company, I will report to BBB and I will be filing a lawsuit! They prey on people and get their money and as they like it”s nothing. See you in court! First picture is what was received, second is what was ordered.

I ordered my dress march 29th. And it has been under tailoring ever since. I emailed the customer service multiple times and was replied to the first 4 or 5 times and was told I would receive my dress on time. I was told my dress would arrive by the 19th of April and it hasn”t. the past few times I emailed I never received a response. It will not make it on time for my special event even though I was told 3 times it would. I need my refund immediately. If I do not receive my complete refund. I will include the law because tis website is stealing from its customers and guaranteeing false information.

I ordered my dress over a month in advance for my prom, everything was going fine but the company never contacted us during the period. When they finally sent the tracking number I tracked my order to find it was being shipped back to China as they refused to put my full address on the package. This was completely unnecessary as they had both billing and shipping address linked to my account and they are the same address. Now it is a week before my prom and I have no dress. DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE. Also, another point to mention, I had to put my order through twice first time was using PayPal where they took the money but never placed the order.

I ordered two dresses in different sizes for my son”s wedding. I received 4 dresses! The dresses were huge and very poorly constructed. I contacted the company and asked to return them. I was told to take pictures and send them, which I did. I have chatted with numerous different people about this problem, and have not gotten it resolved! I was told that I could not return them! I ordered what appeared to be a beautiful dress on the website for my wedding. I paid an extra $40 to have expedited shipping. Not only did the dress arrive after the date it was supposed to, but it looks nothing like the picture. I immediately tried to begin the return process, which clearly states that return can be made within 7 days. Today I received an email from “Sandra” who suggests that I keep the dress and they will refund me 10%. I want my $200 back! This is clearly a scam and no phone number. This is unacceptable.

I purchased an expensive dress. I measured myself, had my husband measure me AND David”s Bridal. All measurements were the same and within the size 10 guidelines on the sizing chart for the dress. I get the receive the dress and it doesn”t fit! I contacted them via email and they WONT do anything to make it right! My money was wasted for this wedding I”m in. They don”t even offer military discount. I will never be doing business with them again

I received my dress last Wednesday. I tried it on immediately and it did not fit, the tailoring was not cut and sown. It was just rolled and tucked over and sown. On the dress its self there are small and big runs all the way around and pokadots on it that wasnt shown on the site. Hebeos asked for me to take pictures, i asked with it on so you can see it doesn”t fit? They said yes. How embarrassing but whatever i just want my money back. I sent the pictures now they said they suggeste to get it tailored and they would give me %15 refund. How do you get it tailored if its too small. This is my wedding dress NO i want a full refund and a package to send the dress back. I DO NOT WANT IT!

I received my order and not only was it cheaply made, which maybe would”ve been fine since it was for a one-time wear, but the color was completely off. Not the RED that was posted on the website, but a burnt orange shimmer color, almost iridescent. In any case, I followed their protocol and contacted their site within 24 hours of receiving my order. This is almost a week ago and I have not heard back from them. I have sent several emails since then, daily and still no response. It is extremely frustrating since their is also no phone number, not to mention that they advertise their site from the UK and my dress came from Singapore, as well as the “live chat” is automated and does not give answers pertaining to your specific question. There is never a live agent available.

If you order from this company and your product is not right, forget about a refund. Not happening. They send you emails after you put a request for a refund about send a picture of the item for a review. This and that, wasting my valuable time. Your products are cheaply made and you know that pretty much you’ve caught another fish in your false advertisements. A review for what? Don’t play on my intelligence, just say I’m not getting my money back. But you know what? Every dog has its day, and Baby Hebeos you will definitely have yours. We will have your company shut down!!!!!!! You’re not even a company, that too good for you to be called. You are SCUM AND BLOODSUCKING RIP OFF SCAMMER’S. You should be rated with a piece of Dog S…t, not even 1 star, because that’s what you are.
