I ordered a lens cover from hell’s foundry in May of 2014. When I didn’t receive it in about a month I started calling and every since then I have been getting the runaround from Derek Jones and hells foundry. He told me that it would take a while longer as if they were having trouble with the manufacturing of this part. He told me that I would receive it in about 6 weeks. When 6 weeks came and went and I still didn’t receive it I called him back I have had multiple phone conversations and emails with him every one of them promising me the part. After I realized I’m not getting the part ask for a refund I did not receive it so I contact the Better Business Bureau they have not been able to get ahold of him I would not order anything from this company Derek Jones is not a man of his word and has not made this right. .
