My son and I purchased 2 motorcyles from Pinellas Powersports my bike was financed partially through the dealership my sons bike partially through Grow Financial the remaining half of each bike was added onto a Help card with monthly payments of $181.00 which we split in half every payment made on time. now out of the blue the payments have gone up to $350.00 per month with no explaination. I have filled a complaint with the dealership as well as with the Help card company have not heard back. My son cannot afford this big payment nor can we afford to pay the card off completely but after reading other comlaints regarding this card i am concerned this another form of loan sharking. I have had credit cards before I have had loans before never have the amounts owed gone up after making months of payments either the amunts stay stabilized or gone down. This is wrong. The company states on their website “Increase cash flow by offering affordable monthly payments to your consumers” they also state on their website “we have assisted our merchants by designing tailored programs which provide low monthly payment options to their patients and consumers.” where is this helping out consumers or keeping payments affordable or lower, this is not doing either. I have seen many complaint filed against this company regarding money scams, interest scams, and monthly payments scams. i am trying to help my son build up his credit this is not helping. .
