I love to tour different parts of the country. In addition to this, enjoy driving classy cars. Hiring such cars each time I planned a road trip was not economical and so I decided to buy a car. I was not looking for something new as long it would drive me around, but it should be at least close to new. I looked at what various car dealers had to offer online and compare their prices. During my quest, I came across Heritage Alfa Romeo Owings Mills, who had an amazing collection at affordable prices. The cars were in great shape, and I decided to visit Heritage Alfa Romeo Owings Mills to see what they had to offer.
Before doing so, I decided to book an appointment. The customer support agent who picked the call was friendly and booked an appointment in the afternoon. The dealer had an amazing collection, and I settled for a pre-owned Alfa Romeo Giulietta. This car was in great shape, and the prices were affordable. Unfortunately, this car had already been bought, but the manager promised they could get me a similar one from another Alfa Romeo outlet in Santa Ana. This was a good deal. The manager told me to prove my commitment; I had to pay for the car before they could ship it.
I had no problem paying for the car as long as they would deliver it in great shape. The organization did not have prompt billing and payment system as I was supposed to transfer money to their bank account. I had to wait for the bank to open the next day to make the payment. After making the payment, the manager called to acknowledge they had received the cash and there to request shipment immediately. After the car was delivered to the dealer’s premises, they would process the papers and deliver it to me in three days.
After a week I got impatient and called the manager. He didn’t pick my call. This was strange, but after calling a few times, I got hold of him. He explained to me why they had not yet made the delivery and promised to make it within three days. I was patient. After three days, my car was not delivered. I went back to Heritage Alfa Romeo Owings Mills to demand a refund, but they claimed that it was impossible as they never return cash to customers. I felt disappointed, but there was nothing I could do. I threatened to file a complaint, but the manager got rude and started yelling at me. This was unacceptable. I went to file a complaint to the authorities. The authorities made a follow-up, and this speeded the delivery process. My car was finally delivered in good shape, although the experience was awful. I would never buy another car from Heritage Alfa Romeo Owings Mills.
