We hired Ridge Down Contractors to put on a new tile roof and 3 skylights. We have had 2 leaks, which cost $1000 each after finding someone else to fix them. We were given an 84-month warranty on parts and labor and Robbie Sanger will not return our phone calls. He is now with Hightower Roofing in Lakeland, FL. Plus we’re seniors! Awful, awful. This is what gives contractors such a bad name.
