Bad service and total waste of money

I ordered a book from Hippo books through amazon because books were available at reasonable price and I could save the hard work of going to the store and finding the book, but who would have known that it was gonna be my biggest mistake. Although the DHL notified immediately that the book was being sent but actually it was more than two weeks the book was really sent to DHL, I even tried to track my shipment but it showed nothing then I tried to contact the Hippo books customer service through email but didn’t get any response then I bombarded them with emails and subsequently got reply from a human representative, I told him about the situation and asked him why this is happening then he told that the problem is caused due to a minor service break then he assured me that my book is on the way and will get it in 4- 5 days and but till this day I haven’t get my book.
I came to know by many people that the Hippo is somewhat notorious and they just cut and paste the titles of thousand of books, list it as stock and then if somebody orders it they spend a few weeks trying to find it somewhere at a price lower than they sold it for. If they can’t find the book which the customer is asking for they simply let the buyer give up.
They all are scammers and are interlinked with each other even Amazon provides security to these con men, there is one man who operates many companies which is against the policy of Amazon but still they do nothing regarding it. They do not care about the customers and let them suffer and only think about their profit. All I wanna say is do not buy any book from hippo books or Owlsbooks they all are same.
