Hiram's Tire

I have had work done there before and thought the were a first class professional operation. Took in my pristine 2003 Corvette to have new headlight motors and drivers door window motor put in. They had he car for a good 2 months (because they were shorthanded). When I picked up the car their was damage to the drivers door. This car is my baby. There is no way I could get it to the garage without seeing this damage on the drivers door. Owner Matthew Rahalski refused to admit that the damage happened a his garage. Would only pay 175 of a 750 repair bill for the door. Also tires that were put on my wifes Acura were gone at 22,000 miles. After putting on new tires was told that they are not authorized dealers for Continental tires, even though they show Continenatas on their website. Knowing that the old tires were gone at 22,000they put new tires on and never checked the alignment. We had it done at another location..Dunn Tire and they discovered the front end badly out of line. Sloppy work. So they damaged one car and dened it and did incomplete work on the other. Thanks Matt.
