I purchased a HTZ-BD32 Bluray player reciever and home theater system Netflix WiFi and when I recieved it the screen froze. I sent it back for a new one and had tbe same problem with the second one and returned that one for another and was told if I had any problems with this one I could send it back for a refund or for it to be replaced. There tech guy gave me a verbal one year warranty. I had the same problem again and couldn’t get onto Netflix or go to the home screen. I tried to call both numbers and both are invalid. I sent 8 emails with no response and contacted ebay and had them send messages and they reported this company. Ebay says there acct. Is still active. So there obviously ignoring me. Im now stuck with a system that is a big paper weight.
