After sending a direct wire transfer to the 3rd party agency, located in England, (Hockliffe) of the specified price, reports of shipping getting underway went as promised but then stopped a few days ago with no reports or support response for the last several days. I just retired and was looking forward to taking my wife and I on trips to enjoy both our retirements. Now we are out $5100 from our annuity and will have to get a job to earn that money back. This purchase seemed on the up and up, because I checked Hockliffe Transport out with the BBB website and nothing negative came up. What can I do? .
