Home masters put a thief in our home to install our windows. The installer they hired stole a substantial amount of jewelry. 1. They gave us their word/agreed they would deduct the cost of the installation immediately. Never happened! When they could not recoup the monies from the installer they decided they would not remove the installation cost. 2. Said they would give us all the information needed to try and get satisfaction from the installer. Never happened. Conclusion: if they have to make good on something that goes wrong, forget about it.
