A debit order was presented on the date that is not in line with our agreement and it bounced and now the bank charged me for that, I dont understand why must I pay the bank for something that I did not ask, my debit order date is the 20th and homechoice debited me on the 15th, I believe homechoice must take responsibility for this, it”s an error from homechoice”s side, I have been homechoice customer for the past 4 years but after the service that I got from their call centre consultant when i phoned to log my complain, I am never ever buying anything from this store, 1 consultant even hanged up the phone on my ear.
