Where one begins to describe the owners who run this business can only be best said as white trailer trash. As a realtor in the valley for over 23 years, I’ve never come across a group of coniving liars in my life. Begging not only myself, but other individuals within Coldwell Bankers Success Realtors to let us use our clients homes for their financial gain. We weren’t stupid enough to fall for that, but unfortunately, friends, family and people we know have. A dear friend fell victim to this fraudulent company who poses as interior decorators convincing them to rent their furniture. Within 3 days of moving in to a 800,000.00 home for 1100 a month, she was harassed by Barbara Hamblim who told her if a realtor wants to show the home, tell them you have to go out of town. “Lie to them” were her exact words. My friend was horrified and now stuck in a situation she soon figured out was a scam. Within 4 days, a gentlemen came to the door unannounced claiming he needed to inspect the home. He wrote her up for 2 beds unmade. Coffee on the counter. Kids rooms had a toy left on the floor. Too many soaps in the bathtub. He told her don’t worry nothing will happen n2 days letter John Bezick was there to collect $125.00 worth of fines for these items. How does one get out of this situation? You’ve moved over 3800 square feet of furniture and given outrageous deposits. We notified Az Landlord Tenant Act Offices who said they have over 36 complaint. Luckily, they advised they contact the Attorney Generals Office. I highly suggest you contact the Attorney Generals office and read all of Hometenders complaint!! Remember something… If it sounds too good to Be true…IT IS! Stay as far away from these people as possible. They will beg and plead and even tell you that you need to hurry and make a decision whether you want to stay in a very expensive home for cheap rent because “we have a very long waiting list of people waiting to get in our homes”. And, you guessed it- THEY DONT HAVE ONE PERSON WAITING! save yourself and think of your family or yourself first. These are horrible people.
