Allowing a known Sex Offender- Donald H.Girty to stay with father and drive around in his golf cart and frequent the pool and facilities while under age children are visiting their families in a gated 55+ community on several occasions and duration of time. He resides in Cape Coral and his status is listed as Supervised-FL Dept. of Corrections. Provide by FDLE Florida Dept. of Law Enforcement 6/1/2018 If he is supervised and it seems his wife left for several weeks previously and now he is returning again.

At the playground the play set that the kids play on is serious a safety hazard and has not been fixed or repaired. it has been about a year now and nothing has been done to replace or fix the issue. As a tenant we pay for all the amenities each month and have not been able to use the playground due to its unsafe nature. When will the issue get fixed, after a incident child is hurt from the negligence of property management.

Can”t have Vegetable gardens to save on money at the produce stores, can”t have a certain kind of dog breeds, NOT a friendly community, they don”t have laundry facilities although they do advertise it, not equal rent for single and double wide trailers, Community indoor pool has mold in skylights and on the ceiling, sometimes on floors, doesn”t leave outside pool open long enough for the summer months, invasion of privacy, the workers don”t knock at the door if they want to check your water meter, they write you up for the stupidest things, they make you get a contractor for repairs when you are capable of repairing it yourself, Adam Sells a worker of their”s has a pitbull and others have pitbulls but i don”t see them people getting rid of their family pet, and employee”s should be getting rid of their family pet as well if it”s consider a “vicious breed”. VICIOUS BREED LIST INCLUDES: 1. PITBULLS 2. DOBERMAN PINCHERS 3. SHEPHERDS 4. CHOW CHOW”S 5. ROTTWIELLER”S BUT DOESN”T STATE IN THEIR RULE BOOK!!! people here are lying to the manager about what kind of breed it is so they can have the dog here. you can”t have trampolines, no pools in your yard that aren”t big, no sandboxes, no swing sets, NO FIRE PITS, A FAMILY CANNOT PAINT THEIR HOME A COLOR THAT THEY WOULD LOVE TO HAVE THAT IS A REASONABLE COLOR. For any sane human being that has personal self respect, do not even attempt to think about living at the Sunshine Valley property in Chandler, AZ for Hometown America. The so called manager is useless. Any and all complaints are ignored unless it is to tell someone that we complained about them. There is no real sense of pride in the complex as to upkeep of the property by the maintenance crew. They get by with the bare minimum. The management office knows about multiple tenants that have dogs that walk them around without leashes, when there is a leash law in Chandler, they do not curb their dog, which means picking up after the dog and the worst part of that is the area where everyone takes their dogs is right where the school buses stop to pick and drop off kids. Would you want you kid playing in an area that is constantly covered with dog feces?? I always pick up after mine and try to make her go in an area that the kids aren”t in. The neighbors have no clue about respect for others. Half of them are probably not here legally. I am not racist, my wife is hispanic and immigrated here from Mexico when she was young and got here citizenship on her own the right way! The speed limit in the general area is 10 MPH, I have complained multiple times and have been told ” I will get with the safety person and stand there with a radar gun and get these people to slow down”. NOTHING!!! Hell even one of the employees that lives here drives around here like a madman as well as his family! The so-called maintenance people that are on staff to fix issues with rental properties such as mine don”t even speak english!! How am I supposed to communicate with them! If you can avoid it please avoid this property. We are trying our best to get out of here early, but with this economy it isn”t going that well. Biggest mistake I have ever made!

I have a complaint. The hometown Sales Consultant, Gerry Rolilinson, of Tanglewood in Sebring, Florida, sold my home to George Sibet. Mr. Sibet owns and lives in a mobile home here in Tanglewood in Sebring, Florida. He has also purchased 3 or more homes her for rental purposes. Soon after the I signed the purchase agreement Mr. Gerry Rollinson told me that even though the closing date of the sale would be September 16, 20119, I would have to pay the HOA fee till the end of the Month. He stated that this was the decision of Mr. Sibet, the purchaser, and I had to pay it. I believe that I will also have to pay for the electricity and water until the end of the month. I am moving from the property on September 15th, one day before the closing. I do not understand why I am being told I will owe for the HOA/land fees, the electrical and the water fees. Is this a standard practice for Hometown America? Is this in writing anywhere? I would like you to advise me of my rights in this matter. According to Mr. Rollinson I have to pay these fees because the seller demanded I pay them. I await your response.

I live in hometown America and other than some minor issues with management, this is very fine community. Everyone is friendly. People are green thinking. We are starting our own farmers market. We had our wedding here and the clubhouse was nice and it was free. All in all HA in San Jose is great!
