Hotel Queens Inn

We booked a room through hotel aggregator Wudstay. The stay had to be extended beyond the aggregator booking. This room rate was not extended by the hotel and they wanted 40 to 70 percent more. There was ill-will against us by the hotel as they were greedy and jealous for extracting money. Once a room rate is given by a hotel, this has to be the room rate if stay is extended. No new rate was mentioned by hotel. They were basically in-charge and the aggregator was their puppet. The hotel was controlling the room rate behind the scenes but wanted us to discuss with the aggregator who even resorted to lying and threatening. The aggregator had no real contingency plans or communication in such cases and the hotel was not following any policy other than greed. | This hotel had no room rate tariff mentioned in writing on their premises. | Their electricity supply was not controlled properly as we had to pay money to repair our mobile phone due to electric current bashing the mobile phone electronics. | They left the bathroom slippery so someone was injured. | We went through hotel to get a cab and without us knowing they had a secret back hander commissions system whereby they nearly doubled the fare. | In fact this back hander commissions system is what this hotel is about.
