Ordered a battery for my HP envy, received a three-year-old battery with bent metal connectors. On top of that, the battery was a relay from Amazon.com. Should have done my homework and checked this company up before ordering anything from them. After two weeks of emailing to them, they finally agree to send a return label. Luckily I used PayPal so there is some hope to get my money back. | Do yourself a favor and stay away from this unprofessional "company".
