I found Christian and his washer and dryer through Craigslist and thought since he was an “official” appliance repair that it would be safer to buy from him than just an individual. He delivered the w/d but wouldn’t install. No problem. I installed it and immediately had issues with the dryer shorting out. It had serious electrical issues and when I actually touched the inside of the drum, it burned my fingertips badly. | I texted him every day and he would often not reply and when I texted him to confirm his return, he would continually apologize “It’s only me” or “it’s my busy season”, “so sorry, thanks for understanding” “be there tomorrow with a new dryer no matter what”. He has since ghosted me and never responded to any text or call and all his phone lines don’t accept messages. | DO NOT BUY FROM THIS GUY OR USE HIM FOR REPAIR. TOTAL RIPOFF! I’m out $150 now and have to hire an outside repairman to service my dryer.
