My card is blocked for a month now and I have no idea why and since when either. The worse part is that I have been charges decline fees for every transaction that I have been trying. I really cannot get how these guys are operating because I feel cheated and scammed. I have been paying my dues on time and sending them timely cheques for the same. They have been late in checking their PO Box sometimes maybe or what I don’t know, but I have been sending cheques on time. I have been trying to pay my bills through the card but it would get declined. I would not give it much thought as usually I would be in a rush. I would just use another card. I realised that declination charges are being cut from my account but had faith that once I could get my point across to them I would get them refunded. I had maintained healthy account so declination due to low balance was never a possibility. This happened for a month before I got down to it and called them and got to know of this block. I was shocked and still am. How could I not be notified about having my card being blocked. I went through my old emails, messages, mails and even voicemails. There was no record whatsoever. The apathy of their customer service department was even worse. They did not bother to explain me why my card was blocked, just repeated that they can have a new card sent over. And no reply on the charges that were cut either. They just put the call on hold or hang up. I don’t need their new card or anything to do with them. I just want my refund and be done with them.
