They will make you an offer in writing then refuse to honor it. The only way to have a place to park..PAY. Want a gate remote..PAY The will take your rent then MAKE-UP late fees. They ignore the rules from the TCEQ . They allow trash to pile up aroud the dumpster. The grill hasn’t worked for more than a year and the hot tub hasn’t worked since I mnoved in. The maint staff while nice men don’t really speak english and are paid slave wages by JRK. You want to see what the place really looks like.
