Easily the worst car buying experience I have ever had. Truck listed at $69, 995 November 4th 2019. Couldn’t make the numbers work. Went back today December 14th 2019 to buy the truck at $69, 995. Got there told the Sales Manager Freddy I was there to purchase. I did ask him if it was the same truck Saw 1 month ago, he confided yes. I mentioned the wheels and tires were different. He confirmed and told me they had removed them, sold them and put a new set on. The American Force Wheels were a $4, 000 option they removed on the truck. Freddy said if you want those wheels, we can order them and put them back on the truck for you. I said great lets get it done. Freddy disappeared and passed me off to a salesman. I filled out all the paper work, gave them my social, my income etc. 20 minutes go by no Freddy. Finally the sales man returned and said Freddy is on the phone with the owner Nate Reynolds. Nate says if you want those wheels you will have to pay the $4, 000 difference. My response was we already established that the same truck listed for $69, 995 had those wheels on it in November. So why am I paying $4, 000 more to put them back on. The salesman agreed with me that they should lower the price or honor the deal. An hour goes by, no Freddy. He never came back … I literally think they just left me there so I would leave because the Owner Nate Reynolds wanted to make the $4, 000 on the wheels. They have nice trucks, but they have no customer service and no customer loyalty. A quick search of Nate Reynolds shows his Father and grandfather made a lot of money (Millions) in construction. Nate doesn’t value a customer or his brand, because his dealership was handed him. He didn’t work for it so he has no value in the people who want to purchase from him. I have an 820 Fico, No debt, and make 7 figures a year and love cars. So much so I built an 11 car garage at my home in 2017 to support my passion for automobiles. It’s not just 1 sale you loose, you loose all opportunities going forward to sell me a car or truck. Again No Value in your customers. I realize you don’t care & this and the other negative reviews are meaningless to you, but the reviews will only continue to stack up if you keep leaving great customers at a desk for an hour, because you want them to leave. Really Disappointing…
