I received a faulty product on 3/24/15. I contacted igearusa and they gave me a return authorization for the return. They received the product on 3/26/15 as I have a tracking . It’s been over a month and I have not received a refund or even a reponse. They have no company phone number and they will not repsond to emails. I google earthed the address they gave me (**** Grapevine, TX) and it’s somebodys house. I want my $74.99 back. .
