This the worse company I have ever had business deals. The device was malfunctioning and I tried to cancel the service within the 14 days trial period. They asked me to let them repair it and they will give me 14 more days to test it. I shipped it back to them (I had to pay for shipment) and they did not repair it. I talked with John (support) and ask him to cancel the service and get a refund (they already had the device in their warehouse). He said that he cannot issue a refund because it is over the 14 days trial period!… He was the one that asked me to send it for repairs and he was the one that told me they will give me 14 more days to test it. DO NOT get this phone. FYI: The issue with the phone was the battery (only lasted 2 hours) and it reported the wrong location (by 30 miles!)
