Minutes after placing an order for 1 item I contacted their support via chat and requested a cancellation on the order. It was confirmed that they would cancel. It would take 3-5 days to process. The next day The sent me an email stating that they completed the orignal request of delivering the item purchased and a refund could not be done. I stated to them that the item can be taken back. I did not want the item. I could easily return the item but they kept disconnecting me from chat and would not allow me to return the item which I had cancelled on. I then requested to speak to a manager over the phone. I provided my phone number but my request kept getting ignored by the sales rep. I kept asking but no one in that company wanted to speak to me and try to resolve the matter. I am out $102 dollars because of their lack of customer support and care. .
