This company has ripped me off now three times in the last year. They handle the rebates for liquor purchases. Each time I contacted them via email on their web site. They do respond and it’s always the same. The receipts were either missing or the wrong dates (on one occasion). I check and circle the items & dates on the receipts and double, no triple check that everything is valid. They actuall ask you to send another copy of the receipt knowing that this is impossible since you have to send them the original. Somehow some way somebody is no doubt scamming peoples money at DIAGEO. I just received a check for $8 on a what should have been a $60 rebate.
