We rented a commercial unit at Magnolia Square in Saint Cloud Florida in December 2010. The contract was for 18 months. After three years we no longer needed the unit and gave notice that we were leaving in May 1014. They did a walk through and everything was in order, our security deposit of $599 was to be returned in 3 weeks. Despite many phone calls, promises and emails they did not send our deposit back. In the end we have put the matter into a collection agency to see what we can salvage. Beware anyone thinking of these units in St Cloud, look around for a reliable honest company first.
