So, I came to this place when I was younger, and I thought they were definitely the best doctors ever, now that I have a child, I thought there was no better place to take him. I was making an appointment online and noticed there was an offer for 30% off the price if you scheduled 2 appointments at the same time, so I scheduled one for both of us. The day came, I got there 30 minutes earlier and wait; 45 minutes later, we’re still waiting, so I go to the front desk to see what’s happening, the lady confirms my son’s appointment, says the doctor will be with us in a minute. Then I ask about the promotion and my own appointment, she says the promotion only applies when the date for the appointments is the same, and there’s no appointment for me on that day, but there is one for a week later.
There was no way to correct it, they couldn’t move my appointment to the same day, as I had originally scheduled. They wouldn’t cancel the other date either, I would have to go there next week and pay full price for both times, all because their system was faulty.
At this point, I was really upset about the situation, but I stayed because I didn’t think there were better doctors in town. Another 15 minutes went by, and we were still waiting even though everyone else had had their turn, we were the only ones left. The lady says that Dr. Jung is late, but she will be there soon. Now, who was Dr. Jung? I was there to meet Dr. Lim. I ask her about this, and she says that Dr. Lim is in Mexico doing missionary work, was it actually necessary to come up with such a lie?
The doctor finally showed up to see my son, everything went great, and my son seemed like he had a good time. This would be enough for me to go back all the time, but I don’t think I can forgive them for lying about the discounts, or for messing up my appointment. I ended up not going to the appointment, I mean, what was the point? So, I started receiving calls from them, stating that I didn’t properly cancel the appointment, so I still had to pay for it. I mean, how ridiculous is that? I had to pay for a mistake they made and couldn’t fix? Of course not!
I’ve been trying to get in touch with the manager, but they keep disconnecting my calls, I certainly hope they’re not charging me a late fee as well.
However, if anyone from the Imperial S is reading this, please call me, so we can work on having this fixed. And maybe then I will change the rating. So far, I’ve only had a hard time with you guys, it’s such a shame that my beautiful childhood memories get replaced by this unsatisfying experience.
