Unfortunately, I had a terrible experience at Imperial Sportbikes recently. The instructor at Imperial Sportbikes shouted and cursed me in front of my wife and threatened me by saying, “We need a table between us or else”. He became furious when I asked calmly why he did not change my oil, oil filter, and coolant. The situation worsened when I asked him to give me specific details of the work completed. After a while, I asked him to adjust the valve; He just gave me false specifications on the initial paper. I had loads of questions but they did not bother to answer. First, he did not replace my liquid, filter, or coolant as requested. Second, he cursed me and threatened me. Because of this violation, how can I trust them? Who condemns and threatens customers? The air filter which he claimed to have replaced and charged for, was not even replaced (the stock filter was still there) as witnessed and photographed by a local certified motorcycle mechanic. I took my R6, which ran perfectly for routine fluids and air filters. The instructor highly recommended the maintenance of $900. I entrusted this person and paid him $ 1,400 five days in advance. Overall, I paid $ 1,400 for simple maintenance and valve checks and adjustments of 16k miles before time. I offered him the opportunity, via email, to return me $ 1,100 from $ 1,400 and he stated, “I have fabricated almost everything, so he will not answer.” I spent another $700 at an official motorcycle dealer to make sure my bike was safe to drive. I am not sure how people can delete complaints/ reviews? My feeling is that he will immediately delete this review. Let’s all read the smart response. BIZARRE, SURREAL EXPERIENCE! PLEASE BEWARE!
Most people who work at Imperial Sportbikes are kind and friendly, but the pony-tailed man who owns this business (I think his name is Mark) is a jerk. I was cycling near his shop and my friend’s mirror fell from his bicycle. We stopped to fix it since we were nearby. The man took the spanner and tightened the mirror. Mark came running from behind the counter, shouting at my friend you had to pay for it. He then yelled at his worker why he did not tell him he had to pay. He took 10 seconds to forget that I bought 2 bikes from this jerk and forgot that my friend and I just paid more than $100 for the repair. He wanted $5 to tighten up. He embarrassed himself and his employee in front of a group of customers. I went to Imperial Sportbikes twice and every time they have disappointed me like anything. They are way too expensive. Service is not in their dictionary. All they want is your money. I would not go to an Imperial sports bike ever in my life and urge you to stay away as well.
