Everything about working at Impreglon was a Con. The Houston location is the definition of a joke. They over staff and give you nothing to do even when you repeatedly ask for work. Then, they turn around and tell you that you are lazy. The office supervisor refuses to learn how to do anything other than purchasing because she “doesn’t want the responsibility of having to fill in when someone is absent”. Keep in mind, there are usually only 2 other people entering orders if even that. Andrea (the office supervisor) is almost as bad as the office manager. Philip Nodecker (office manager) is by far the WORST person I have ever worked for. He is outrageously bipolar, manipulating, temperamental and a compulsive liar. If he is in the slightest of a bad mood, he stomps around the office slamming doors and giving everyone dirty glares. He promises you the world and takes you out to lunch to only talk trash about you and spread rumors around the office. He never takes accountability for his actions or the things he says. He tries to sleep with most of his employees and then finds a way to throw them under the bus when they deny him. What’s even worse is that upper management gives him a slight slap on the wrist and then acts like it never happened. If you see this company name, it would do you good to turn the other way and run. You do not leave a company like this without many scars.
