   I am embarrassed that I did not do more research before I ordered from this scam operation. I own that and will be smarter in the future. I have done all I can do to contact them as well as researched the phoney tracking number they gave me for my order. The USPS was helpful in expaining how bogus tracking numbers occur. Sad that this kind of deception exists. I am wiser for the expereince and so disappointed that these kinds of self centered and greedy people exist.

   I ordered Ultimate Bursitis Relief last year

   I ordered Ultimate Bursitis Relief last year and received it right away. Ordered it again on August 9, 2014 and never received my order. Emailed them on August 25, 2014 and no response. Called their 800 number and got the most ridiculous message I’ve ever heard. This operation is a scam and I am refusing the charge to my AMEX.

   On 08/05/14 I placed order on-line with Incredible Health Remedies for Restless Leg Supplement for my husband. They deducted the price plus shipping from my account and the product still has not arrived. This may seem like it is too soon to file such a report, but I ordered some additional supplements from other vendors and some other items from Amazon 4 days later and have received all of those items already. I was more concerned after I sall the Rip Off report on them. I tried to send an email to the “Contact Us” email that was on the receive that was emailed to me that day. The email ([email protected]) was kicked back. It is very disappointing that the product did not arrive and that I am getting several solicitation emails from [email protected] No way will I order anything else from this site.

    Ordered special Knee Pain product, 4 bottles for 49.00 from 1HerbalRemedies or Incredible Health. They took money from my account immediately, April 10, 2015. Their ad says shipment will be made within 24 to 48 hours. Three weeks later no product. You cannot send e-mails; all e-mail addresses are blocked and give message “Message undeliverable, permanent fail.” Phone number unanswered. No way to contact anyone about the order. Had this problem before in 2013 and it took Rip Off to get my order shipped. I know, fool me once, etc. However, the herbal mixes do work and are cheaper than purchasing individual herbs contained in the product. Such a shame they have to do business like this.

    Hi Every One, My order on the 19th of last month still hasn’t arrived. This for me is unexpected as in the past the company PROMPTLY sent a replacement order which I received. They previously covered postage costs due to my order not fitting in one package. Also the medication TRUELLY WORKS as the company claim so I am a little confused, because I don’t believe a bogus company would produce a genuine product to start with so at this stage I am prepared to give them the benefit of doubt. I do believe the company are experiencing some problems keeping track of orders and other administrative issues, OBVIOUSLY. Personally I am in so much pain and I will take my own life PUBLICALLY in the event of the unresolved issues in the hope that the company get it together and can help other desperate people in chronic pain. My thoughts are with you all.

    Placed an order on March 26th, 2014 of Hip Bursitis supplements. I used my credit card which was charged right away. I haven’t rec’d my order as of yet. I have called the 1-800 number from the website to which you get “Jeff’s voice” stating that unfortunately nobody can answer as he is short staffed and in the middle of hiring new staff as they are overwhelmed with orders. He then requests you to contact their “live online assistance” which I did and again was re-directed to send an email. I have sent 3 emails requesting some sort of recognization of my requests. I have also threatened to cancel my order if no response was rec’d. To date, I have not rec’d my order nor a response from this company.

    I ordered Ulitimate Bursitis Relief medicine on May 29, 2014. I was charged on my Visa card the same day. E-mail sent to said they would ship in two days. I never recived the order. I called and got a message that they was so busy and short-handed, use their chat. Message on chat said to leave a message. I did leave a message 5 times, no responce. I have sent messages to Jeff’s e-mail address, but was returned. I think they are scammers. After two weeks and no responce. No body in legit business would do this.
