On many occasions starting June 2014 I noticed I haven’t been receiving some if not all of my mail at an apartment complex where I reside despite making an effort to forward mail to the correct address. Then matters got worse in September when my apt complex decided to collaborate with the post office personnel to install new mail boxes. At that point all of my mail was either lost, stolen or diverted back to the sender. I was forced to obtain a PO box. Since then my new driver license, a couple of credit cards, award cards where lost/ stolen in the mail and I have had to get then reissued several times before they made it to my PO box. Finally last week, I almost lost my package I’ve ordered online, although the package had my correct street address written on it clearly, these dumb a*ses failed to deliver it OCT 15, instead marked it undeliverable and tried sending it back to the sorting plant. On a good note, James, the manager at the building acted promptly when I made contact about the package by locating it and having it retrieved, thankfully cause the items cost me $108.00. So it’s a slight victory in all the awful experience I’ve went and still going through with this branch. My PO box expires in feb and believe me, I’m going somewhere else to do business. .
