Do not do the mistake of going with this company. I’m in canada and i sent chocolates/fruits to my brother in delhi for his birthday. First of all he never received the chocolates. I’m extremely upset and saddened that i was robbed off my money but never got what i paid for. Secondly, the fruits did reach but they were completely rotten and spoiled – they had to go straight in the trash can. I can’t believe the surprise was spoiled and my money was wasted. I emailed to ask for a refund and they said 48 hours had passed. I messaged them third day instead of second day. That’s because i’m in canada.. I’m a day behind and i don’t get notifications on time cz of the time difference but they didn’t care. They just said sorry no refund. They didn’t bother correcting the order for me even once or apologize for what they did. They didn’t even send my chocolates to date. I want my bloody money back. I have no patience for indian retailers like this who only know how to rob the people abroad. Word of advice – go with floraindia.Com if you need to send anything to your loved ones. I was sending through them for last 2 years but decided to try something new and it was the biggest mistake i did!!!
