I’ve been a loyal customer here for the past few years but after my recent experience I’ll be taking my business to other location. I ordered some items on the website for pickup at the store and there was a cyber monday 15% off deal. The website clearly stated ready to pick up in 2 hours. I showed up 3 hours later and was told that it wasn’t ready and they had no idea when it would be ready because they were really backed up. I asked if I could just go pick out my stuff they said sure but then she would cancel my order and they would NOT price match with the discount that I had initially received. I asked her to cancel my order and she said she couldn’t do it so please try it on my end. I couldn’t either and she just looked at me and shrugged. Ummm?
I decided to leave and come back the following day. It’s been almost 24 hours (12x the wait time quoted) and I call the store to make sure the order is ready and the phone was picked up by an extremely rude woman who immediately just said, “You’re going to have to wait for a confirmation number”. She meant email so I asked her two times what she meant and she finally said, “Yes you have to wait for the confirmation EMAIL.” No, “I’m sorry”, no “we apologize for the inconvenience” just straight up ATTITUDE. I asked how long it would take she said TWO TO THREE DAYS. With a quote of 2 hours turning into 2-3 days I was DONE. If it’s going to take that long then they need to either update the wait time OR stop accepting pick up orders!! Obviously this Target can’t handle the volume of pick up orders at all. Will never come to this Target again.
