Everyone has the ability to heal from the deepest of wounds and the most challenging of circumstances. Sometimes the only thing that stands in the way of healing is lack of support. I’m here to remind you that you are a worthy and valuable individual that has the all answers, strength and courage to overcome anything and live a phenomenal life. When you grow in self-love, all your relationship will improve, and the one’s that aren’t meant to be in your life will leave. You’ll also develop better boundaries for dealing with toxic people.The most important relationship is the one you have with yourself. It’s the foundation for all other relationships. I will work with you to strengthen this relationship, forgive yourself and free yourself from judgments. Healing is the application of love to the places inside that hurt.My approach is holistic, drawing on both Traditional Therapy techniques, e.g., Cognitive Behavioral, Object Relations, Family Systems and Spiritual Therapy methods, which may include, but are not limited to guided meditation, visualization, mindfulness practice, Gestalt, inner child work, release technique, and intuition work.
