Precision Camera is a TOTAL SCAM, seriously stay away from these crooks! DO NOT USE PRECISION CAMERA FOR REPAIRING A CAMERA! I sent them my camera and it took four months to get it back. I was billed twice what I was quoted. The camera still isn’t working. I send it back and thmom two months pass with no follow up. I call them continuously and it’s pointless. The people at the 800 number are just rude when I call. We continually try to call theit place in El Paso Texas and they never answer the phone when we call. After three months we get back the camera and the first day it says lens error. This is absurd. I was billed more than $200 on something that was to be $100. Seven months and $200 later and I still have a broken camera. A manager wouldn’t call back after I left 6 messages. Now the girl tells me the warranty is up and she won’t let me speak to a manager because I don’t have an active repair. This is just a scam! I was scammed and I’m going to tell everybody! Perhaps a complaint to the BBB Better Business Bureau would be in order. I want my $200 back. The story I got as to why it was double the price was because they had to send it out and also that’s why it took so long. So why do they advertise their price to fix it. I sent it to Precision Camera.?Its not my problem that they had to send it out. GO ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Precision Camera is so bad to do business with! .
