Intercontinental Payments Services has refused to pay my commission for a sale I made in October. When I was hired by Jeff Picart the Sales Manager he sent me a contract to sign which I did right away. UI then at the same time found a client that was interested in their services to process credit/Debit/EBT cards. However their hndling of their process was suspect at best i decided to part from the company and terminate my contract. As it appear IPS was an idependent sales agency for Elite Pay Global, the reAL company. According to IPS President Greg Sevdagian the contract stipulated that the contract called for a period of 90 day in wait for the commission for anyone that separated from the company with any pending new business on the books. I agreed, that was in Novemeber and as of today I have not received a penny of my commission and Greg and Jeff refuse to answer any e-mails of phone calls.
