I received an incorrect foreign education credential evaluation service from IERF. They cannot be reached by phone, only by email after ordering (and paying) a service. After receiving my official report 3 weeks after initializing their services they did not assign me the degree that the institution I studied at equate my european education with and which was accepted as a master’s degree by an accredited university in the US before being admitted to their doctoral program. Pointing that out to them was useless. They are convinced that a ghost office with a fancy website seems to know better than an actual academic institution. They did not want to re-evaluate and left me with a useless transcript evaluation report and out of $200. Do not use their service. These official transcripts equivalency evaluation services are scams!
