The other report and the borderline-illiterate response by the “CEO” basically captures my experience with this company. The VPS will go offline for weeks at a time with no replies to support tickets, or support tickets will just be closed without solution. In one case I was able to obtain a credit for the time the VPS was offline, but it required me re-opening the ticket multiple times and insisting. Since then I have not bothered. This month I decided to remove my data and not pay the bill, as the hassle of dealing with these idiots is not worth the price. So Mr. Slatjovic’s gambit of responding to negative reviews by threatening account closure will not work against me, I’m sorry to report.
