Talked with a lady named krystal and was informed about a last notice for my nissan extened warranty i asked she call me back but did give my information and said not to run the card til she call me back. when calling me back i declined and said do not run my card i did not want it. i then checked my acoount a couple hours later and they did in fact run my card for the amount of $165.00. | i notified the bank and was informed the transactin had to post and i had to call them back and have been trying since thursday jan. 19th. with of course no answer. i dont know if i need to make a police report or not?
